After dropping the ball on several occasions over the course of 8 months we barely got a delayed tax return in on time, no bookkeeping done for the current year, and nothing for me but huge expenses and headaches trying to play catch up. Why do I pay you $500 + per month(his preferred pay structure) - if you're going to do nothing with that and then scramble for 24 hrs right at the tax deadline?! He hears the details behind the numbers and then uses that information to more effectively prepare the needed tax documents. My returns were particularly complex and Jon took the time to talk with me on several occasions to make sure no stone was left unturned In helping ensure I paid only the taxes I needed to. I cannot imagine anyone being more thorough!! Beyond all of this, everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating.
