Over the past years, Jenna has provided me with solid advice as to how to avoid those self-inflicted wtf tax moments that no one ever wants to have. The difference between her services and those offered by the big chain tax preparers (I'm looking at you H&R Block) is personal service. Let me say this again loudly. Jenna offers PERSONAL SERVICE in tax preparation. She gets to know you as a person and what you are trying to accomplish. She will be there next year to help you. Her personally. At H&R Block, you probably won't see the exact same person two years in a row. Plus, she's a local small business owner, so she has to do a good job, because at some point you will run into each other at the Smith's - you know what I'm sayin? I sit down with Lewis every year, not only does he save me a lot of money on my taxes, but he is a great guy to sit down with for an hour. I like to share the story of the first time I met him.
