We just moved to the area and started care here, and I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and the compassion Dr. Bree and the dental hygienist have displayed with us. We pay out of pocket and they are very good at breaking down the cost for each visit. I wish Aspirus were as good about their itemization as Beattie Family Dental is. My wife has been a patient in the Eagle River office for a couple years. She had an appointment set six months ago. Someone called today and said the hygienist is out sick and my wife would have to reschedule. Then the lady says June is soonest appointment. That's really unfair. Typical Northwoods customer service. My wife is a nurse here in town and frankly were both tired of being treated like FIBS. If your truely booked out six months then find more help, charge more, pay more, whatever. It's bad enough you stopped taking Aspirus (Delta Dental Premier), but we were still willing to pay cash and seek our own reimbursement. Sincerely Jeff McGrath Wisconsin resident . I broke a tooth while on vacation and Beattie was able to see me the very same day. Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and even though they did not take my insurance, they were able to fix the tooth for a very reasonable price. Broke a front tooth and went in to make an apt (mid august) ..did not expect to be seen immediately but was quite rudely told " there is nothing available until October ". Called another dentist in town and told me to come in the next morning. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Scott B.

Dr. Scott Beattie has been building relationships with individuals and families for many years. He is known for his ability to listen to the patient and show them a level of compassion, care and communication you don't see much in healthcare anymore. Dr. Scott has a wife and 3 children and enjoys the great outdoors whether it be camping, Jeeping or snowboarding. Dr. Brad Camp was born and raised here in the Northwoods and looks forward to serving his local community for many years to come! He loves being able to give people their smiles and confidence back while making their dental visits as comfortable and fun as possible. Dr. Brad has a wife and 2 little boys and enjoys playing sports, camping and just getting outdoors as much as possible. We are very proud of the team we have developed over the years and how each team member contributes to the goal of treating all of our patients as if they were our own family.

Dr. Cyra helped ease my fears about the need for extraction, stopping throughout the procedure to show me pictures proving that it was, indeed, cracked all the way through and could not be saved with a root canal. The surgical extraction took about 2 hours and was painless (except for holding my jaw open so long!). Dr. Cyra talked to me throughout the procedure, explaining each step along the way. He is meticulous, careful, and highly skilled in the newest technologies.
