Dana said her nails never been cut properly by Gone to the Dogs and why Bella hasn't been able to walk. She was unable to walk and it was due to the fact her nails were not groomed properly. Today she looks like my beautiful one. To Brooke and Missy and that new groomer. Shame on you for treating Bella so badly. Dana said she was a good girl. Because Dana spoke to in a caring tone. As a newbie to the St. Pete area, I can't believe my great luck in finding Tails of the Clip (TOC)…read more Lea and team provide great grooming care, are efficient, and customer friendly. TOC offers full service groomer on an appointment basis. What I really like is that the appointments coincide with when they actually work on my pet. For example, when I drop off my sweet Charlie for his appointment, they work on him right then and I typically hang out in a nearby coffee shop... (see my review for Blush) ... until he is done. Now, because Charlie is ginormous, grooming typically takes about 2 hours and when he is finished. I have a silky clean pup who is completely de-shedded and happy. Charlie and I both like that there is very little, if any, crate time because they work on an appointment basis and take the dogs from start to finish. The TOC team is efficient and friendly. They have great COVID protocols e.g., only one customer in the shop at a time for pick ups and drop offs. While parking is sufficient, it is BEHIND the shop, and can get a little tricky during peak business / dining hours -- tricky... not impossible. I highly recommend this excellent team!

They said she was mad at which I knew and they'll try their best to fix it. And they fixed it all right they skinned her alive and ruined her tail. Now I know why they had me sign a waiver they're horrible groomers. I moved to California hoping that I will find a good groomer and I was unhappy. My groomer in California was patient took the time to deep condition my puppy and get all her tangles out. I am very dissatisfied.

Look no further !!! Barks & Rec is all time for playtime & baths! I am always happy to go, to play with other pups & to roam around & sniff. I'm not even that bummed when it's my turn to get a bath. The humans talk to me, are always gentle; patient; kind. The pamper person is never mad when I have reached my limit. I can tell when my human comes they are happy too. I I really like the the tie and an exclusive entrance as well!
