Overall, service is good, prices are reasonable and there are an abundant amount of home good options. Always have been a big fan of the cafe. You can shop the grab a bite and enjoy a decent meal. We saw the items either on display and decided that we would like to get them or we saw them on the shelf at the value that we could afford so we decided to pick them up as well. We only had one issue with the store; its layout. We had a hard time locating items when the screen said to go to certain aisles and locations. We had a hard time finding out where those areas were to find the products. The store didn't exactly have a well written out description of where aisles and locations were at. To find most of the items we were looking for we had to actually ask staff members for almost all of my items. It might be a better idea for future stores to show a better written plan of where the aisles are located at as in if somebody asks for aisle 7, the screen will tell them something like second floor. Just passed the light section and possibly show a floor plan/map to where aisle 7 is, and a spot where you are and possibly a line for a direction of how to get there. It might be the most useful idea because me and my mother looking for specific things even though we had the numbers for the items we wanted couldn't find probably 90% of our products in the store because of it's funky set up. Sorry about me dissing your store set up, but I had no idea where I was or where to go in your store at least half the time I was inside it.

He came out, conducted a thorough review of our existing kitchen, and provided an estimated within 2 days. We were pleased with the proposal and hired him for the job. He and his team arrived on time, were in constant communication, and did an exceptional job on our kitchen. We get nothing but complements and it was completed effectively and in an efficient manner. One thing that I like about Art is that he is great at always keeping in contact with his customers. He doesn't add fluff and is to the point. Communication is one of those qualities that a customer values from their contractors that is surprisingly rare now a days. I highly recommend him and he has me as a customer for life.

    After reading the owner's response to my previous review, I understood that there may have been a…read moremisunderstanding in terms of the email I gave Art (the owner). He not only replied in a reasonable time, but has also kept the level of professionalism in the response. I'm aware of my own email, but am also aware that those who receive my email may have heard it wrong, hence why I never got my email.. I didn't receive the email until yesterday when I sent Art my email again. Clearly, this was a misunderstanding and I overreacted. However, I'm glad that the owner saw this review and took initiative in resolving the issue. Additionally, if the appointments have had to be "official" then I'm thankful Art came by when he did because time is of the essence! I apologize for jumping to conclusions and thank you Art for responding in a timely manner. Oh and receiving the emails!
