Lead Esthetician Sarah is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable! She offered me a free consultation and then customized a skincare regimen and foundation for me. I am loving the products and I'm already seeing amazing results! I also had my first appointment for derma-planing and my skin is glowing and feels so soft! Thank you Sarah for giving me your undivided attention to my skin care needs and for making me feel and look beautiful! Your are Awesome! Heidi

My first visit has made me a lifetime client!…read more I came in two weeks before my wedding to get pampered, and I was incredibly happy with my entire visit. I was instantly impressed just by walking in the door. What a beautiful location. The interior has gorgeous neutral tones with the products lining the walls. I felt very comfortable and was immediately excited for my treatments! I had a derma-planing facial, which was my first, and it worked wonders. My skin has never been softer! The microderm treatment that followed helped my pores appear clean and refined, which I have been attempting to treat for years. I finished with a Glycolic treatment that was recommended by the Esthetician, Wezlynn. After each process was complete I didn't even want to put makeup on my new, glowing skin! This was all done after we custom blended the exact colors that I will be wearing for my wedding. The most pigmented eyeshadows and lip glosses I have ever worn...and I have tried almost every brand in Sephora! I highly recommend The Beauty Lab and Wezlynn and will be back many times!

This is towards the front of the Macy's store, almost to the entrance to the rest of the mall in the cosmetics section. This was my first time trying this place out but will definitely be my new eyebrow spot. Emma met me with a warm greeting upon arrival. She really took her time asking me questions about what I wanted and ran everything by me before moving forward. This really put me at ease since my last eyebrow wax somewhere else was horrible. I liked that they have you sitting up in a bar stool versus most places that have you lay down, I feel like they can see everything better and balance things out more this way. Emma was so sweet. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I have been growing out my brows for ~9 months to reverse years of threading (back when thin, rounded brows were in). The regrowth was so patchy and I couldn't leave them alone any longer, so I made an appointment here after reading that they map out an appropriate brow shape to fit your desired style. Jennie is such a pro, she cleaned up my brows perfectly without undoing all the growth I have worked so hard on, and trimmed/filled them in a way that hides the patchiness until they're done growing back! I'm so happy with the new shape and I feel back on track to getting thicker brows.

So, dried out salt was shoved into my palm and water being squirted in my hand. The guy was talking so fast, I couldn't understand what he was saying. He was going on and on about the product which I guarantee will cause me to break out. I couldn't even check out the "business", products, or reviews online. I kept asking "how much" but I couldn't get a straight answer. I kept getting all these different prices and combinations and free products. What I can gather is the oily salt product is normally $79, on sale for $59 (but the company online sells for $54) and after trying to get away, was offered it for $29. Stupid me, I bought it and based on all the complaints and reviews I've read, I'll have to learn to live with the loss. I should have known how bad it was when I was handed a generic plastic bag with my salt purchase. This should be illegal and is probably considered assault based on other posts I've seen. When you see these fools I suggest you scream, "No means no", and call the police. Unfortunately there are many others that have been sucked into their scam. Stay clear!!!

I'm so glad I did! Not only was the rep adorable, but the mud soap has been AWESOME. The nail kit is fantastic and I bought them for Christmas gifts. We also loved the salt scrub - my hands have never been so soft. I really love these products and am very glad I stopped to ask for directions. If you don't want "assaulted" like Bryan was, head over to their store right by the Victoria's Secret. And next time, dear Bryan, grow a pair and say "No" if you truly don't want the product.

If you want the same service you'd receive from a doctor at a much higher price, you've found your place! I purchased an Eversave for a facial with Skin for All People. This is in the Studio Elements on 5th & Northwest. I arrived very confused & convinced I was in the wrong place. Eventually someone found me & took me back for my facial. I expected to change into a robe & lie on a bed under the covers for my facial. Instead I kept my clothes on & was told to lie on a table you'd find in a real doctor's office. There were some aspects of a facial - scrub, exfoliation, extraction. No massages & the woman talked to me the entire time. At the end she attempted to sell me over $200 worth of products. I did buy one of the products then went home to find out it was prescription only (how did she sell it to me without writing a prescription) & can be purchased for much less than the $60 I paid.
