Our most recent project completed recently was the remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom. New floors, vanity and paint job. I would never use anyone else to work on our house. We had been trying for quite some time to get going on an extensive residential bath remodel. We…read morehad rejected three other bath design/build companies prior to trying Len's. We had found Len's through Yelp, reviews were solid, and BBB had them at A+. From the very start, we knew we had finally found the company we wanted to work with. Suzanne worked closely with us to find out what we wanted, she listened and provided great suggestions. We ended up with a design that aligned exactly with our vision. Furthermore, she handled all sourcing, ordering, storing, and delivery, making the whole front-end activities very easy for us. She provided us with a detailed project plan booklet and also worked closely with the Township regarding permits. When everything arrived, she coordinated work activities by the various subcontractors and tradesmen. The actual work from demolition to all issues resolved took just over 6 weeks, about 4 weeks shorter than originally estimated. Issues that emerged during the work were quickly resolved either directly by Suzanne or via her background efforts. Communication throughout was excellent. As mentioned, there were a few issues that emerged during this project. Although it is somewhat naïve to assume there would not be any issues, this is the reason for our rating not being a solid 5. However, all issues were resolved to our satisfaction, most of them immediately on mentioning. The final product is stunning. We are very happy with all aspects of our redone bath. We can offer a solid recommendation for Len's, and would definitely consider them for future projects.

We call the office - at least a dozen times over the next week, we get a message that the phone is out of service. We even called a neighbor who has their service and they called, with the same result.We wanted to see if we can get our deposit back - since our lawn was drying and we needed the system. Finally we got someone else and job was done. One fine day (July 23 precisely), a guy rings our bell and wants to install our sprinkler - just showed up ! And they will not refund us our deposit. So - horrible office staff and scheduling !!! ANd not very courteous about their mistakes. STAY AWAY !!!
