Early on, Cory pointed out issues with our system including the control panel and we spent money fixing and replacing the items he told us needed attention. We trusted that if there were additional ongoing issues, they would be clearly communicated to us. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Instead of calling us and handling things professionally, Cory chose to drop both accounts by text. In that same message, he admitted the pool had been a problem and acknowledged issues with the filters and pump, and said he had "given up." Because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, our pool has now been left in poor condition and will require additional money to get it operational again.A pool is a major investment, and this was an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. We would not recommend Native Pools.

I understand a short notice or "emergency" rate hike but you were seriously taking advantage and acting like I owed you. You used my purchased chemicals and left me to shut off water etc. Find yourself someone else to take advantage of.
