My in June 2024 I went to check up cleaning the Indian dentist lady take look she did a good job cleaning then she told me I have two big cavaties that need to get done soon they give an appointment I went did all that work they put the crown in next day one crown fell off I had to wait one week for an appointment I went back she fix it. Next few days the next one fell off when I asked where the dentist that did the work I was told she not there anymore after that I been going every week until August then they fix.But the whole time back and forth once the lady fix it and she not going back now the older dentist have to fix her bad job she did.Tonight I am brushing my teeth one fell off again. I am so disappointed with the service not good at all. Tomorrow I will call to make an appointment to get the crown fix again hope I get one soon. read more

Don't even attempt to come to this place. You make appointments to see the doctor at a certain time yet you still end up waiting over an hour to see the dentist. The front desk doesn't care that you've been waiting. They even sometimes just add walk-ins to the schedule which delays your appointment more. What is the purpose of making an appointment if you still will have to wait over an hour to see the dentist? Please find another dentist. read more

You make an appointment and wait for two hours only to be called in and rushed out. The assistants are screaming out questions to the dentist as he's drilling another patients mouth. Isn't confidentiality a thing? The assistant cut me off from explaining what I need for my surgery over and over only to tell me "I've got it all wrong". No miss I clearly know what I need and if you'd let me speak and explain the situation you'd understand my requirements for this visit. They gave me the wrong form and now I have to make another appointment to finally get what I need. Two appointments gone down the drain. read more

I took one star off because of a certain young dentist I think his name was Dr.Carver ? who I saw wasn't the best. I originally made a appointment for Dr.Lin but was seen by this other Dr. He was in a rush and didn't say much or ask any questions related to my concern, neither did he go over my X-rays with me to show me what the problem was. He just went straight to work. And when he was done immediately left the room in such a rush. I didn't want to come back to this establishment because I was unhappy with the bedside manner of that dentist, but I started getting pain one day later in the exact area that dentist worked on and was very concerned. My husband convinced me to go back and see another dr. SO I came back two days later to see Dr.Lin who was phenomenal! His "chair" side manner was the best I'd ever experience. He took his time to listen to my concerns and went over my x-rays to give me more insight on the pain I was having. He even had me do an extra x-ray just to be certain. I saw Dr. Lin for probably 15 min at most and was completely at ease with him after the debacle from my first visit. I will definitely come back here but ONLY to see Dr. Lin read more

My family and I have been going to Lefferts26Dentistry for many years, and to date we have gotten the same results; efficiency, politeness and professionalism. Dr. Ronald is always patient, kind and friendly which gives you a feeling of confidence. The staff is also very accommodating, squeezes you in when you don't even have an appointment. Which busy office does something like that? Meena has always been very professional in her line of work and does her best to assist everyone without getting upset. Dolly is also a very friendly personnel, never forgets your name! The place is always very immaculately clean, almost everything is wrapped in hygienic plastic. This dentist place is by far the worse one anyone can possibly go to. You will never be seen on time and the people at the desk are NO help. the dentist herself is very unprofessional and does a halfway job. She cut my lip and I started to cry infront of her with pain and she didn't seem to be bothered nor to ask if I was okay or even stop. She had very rude remarks and not only was she this way to me but she was the same to the rest of my family that was being seen. Worst dentist ever !!! Couldn't even get an appointment to fit my schedule , finally got one and had to wait an hr , the dentist was late , told the dentist I was in pain and my gum is swollen , he told me I had to go pull ALL 4 wisdom tooth out , gave me a referral , the receptionist never submitted the referral , 2 weeks after and can't even eat with the swelling , calling the office and no answer , went to get a 2nd opinion and the guy said all I need from them was antibiotics , missed 2 days of work in pain and can't eat or talk good with the swelling , all this could've been avoided if they gave me the antibiotics in the first place And mind you all 4 wisdom tooth didn't need pulling , it was only 1 that was swollen read more

The Dentist Dr. Ronald is very nice and do an awesome job. However, the receptionists and technicians are very rude, this cause customers to become very frustrated and upset when they are strong in a waiting room for one hour or more without any information as to way this long of a delay. I believe some customer service training is definitely required for the staff because rhwu are very young and this may be their first job and when you are dealing with young kids, senior and people overall in a healthcare environment you have to have empathy at all times. read more

I have been bringing my family at this office for over 10 years but recently the staff and doctor change n I must say that the relationship with them are not the same . The front desk staff are rude n unprofessional and not helpful at all and my regular dentist is not there anymore and they didn't even inform me .They want to charge u for not showing up for ur appointment but never even call u to remind u about ur appointment.. My review is based on the office and the staff as I did not have a chance to even see the dentist. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter for Sunday 7/31 to see Dr. Fereydoun Khalili. After double and triple checking with my insurance and the office weeks prior, I go in carrying my daughter and hand in my card etc. Sandra, was having trouble finding my insurance info and said she would call me the next day (Monday). I left her a copy of my DL and other info. I wanted until Thursday and nothing. I called them and they said not in the system etc etc. She didn't even bother to do it. I call my insurance and they call the office and figure out they were searching for me under an HMO vs a PPO. They immediately call me to make an appointment and offer a very non genuine apology but I had to check my schedule. I called today 8/9 and told the person who answered the insurance info to make sure (once again) all was ok. All checks out. I ask for the same dentist and she says loudly "Oh no! they are the owners they don't see anyone. Are you a friend, are you related..." Who does that? I said, well, originally, someone in their office made an appointment with him...."Oh she was new." On top of this she was complaining about having to do something and I couldn't understand exactly what. I asked her why they would do that and she had no real answer. She asked ME not to make it complicated. Fine, another doctor - Will he take my insurance? A reluctant yes. I ask for Sunday (since they are open) she says yes. I ask for morning or earliest appointment and she exclaims..."Oh no! No no no no sweetheart" (she did this several times which I find extremely rude and annoying)....I asked her to please stop calling me sweetheart and she actually laughed, very professional on the phone....(not) and read me the times available but she had such a condescending attitude, I said, you know what? I am going to find another dentist and politely hung up. My advice is to not bother with this office. To the office - Please find a consistent, intelligent person to answer your phones and teach your staff how to properly conduct themselves on the telephone and also very important - Learn how to find the correct insurance information based on all the info provided to you and you should also provide correct info to your patients. This is disorganized and not to mentioned very inconvenient for those of us who do our research before stepping into an office. Learn to run your business. read more
