The space is fairly small but somehow they manage to cram in all the comics, board games, and geeky paraphernalia you could want on the shelves while still being browsable, and if for some reason they don't have something, the staff here are always happy to order it for you. In fact, the staff are what I miss the most about this store. Every single one of their employees does a great job making their customers feel comfortable and welcome, something that unfortunately doesn't always happen in comic shops. They know all of their regular customers by name and are quick to recommend new titles based on their interests. They're also always quick to rectify any potential situation. Once I had a comic come in with a tiny (very tiny) tear on it and they insisted on giving it to me for free. I probably wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't pointed it out and it really wasn't a big deal to me. That above and beyond attitude is rare and I very much appreciated it.

I don't believe this store should be selling Cuban Cigars. From the moment you walk in you can see that the stores focus is on everything but Cuban cigars. This assumption was validated when I found the cigars stored in the back of the store in humidors that are hidden and out of the way. Next, the humidity was all over the map, none of them accurately set. Once the humidor was opened, I got a chance to feel the cigars and look at them closely. The majority of the cigars where soft to the touch and many of the cigars were starting to peel apart and some had mold.
