As a Nordic blonde, I usually only trust hairstylists in Finland with my hair, so finding someone…read morein the U.S. who truly understands blonde hair has been incredibly difficult. After trying several stylists over the years, I stumbled upon Korby's work, and I can honestly say I was blown away. From the moment I sat in his chair, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, made sure I felt comfortable, and genuinely cared about achieving the result I was looking for. I never felt rushed, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One thing that immediately stood out was the quality of the products he uses. He works with amazing brands like Davines and Olaplex and is incredibly generous when it comes to using products that actually benefit your hair. He doesn't cut corners. He prioritizes the health, shine, softness, and overall integrity of your hair, and it shows. My hair has never felt this glossy, healthy, or soft after a color appointment. What impressed me even more is that Korby could easily charge significantly more for the quality of work he provides. His expertise, attention to detail, and results are on par with stylists charging much higher prices, yet he keeps his services affordable and accessible. As someone who has been both a student and someone working within a budget, I truly appreciate that. It feels like he genuinely wants people to have beautiful hair without breaking the bank. He even included a trim as part of the service, which was such a thoughtful touch and something that's becoming increasingly rare. Throughout the appointment, he offered great recommendations without ever being pushy. His goal was simply to make sure I felt heard, comfortable, and happy with the final result. Most importantly, he protected the integrity of my hair every step of the way. As a blonde, that's everything. My hair not only looks better than it ever has, but it actually feels healthier. He was careful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. I would recommend Korby to anyone, especially fellow blondes. I trusted him completely with my hair, and he exceeded every expectation. I left feeling confident, beautiful, and genuinely excited about my hair for the first time in a long time. Honestly, I would come back to Sacramento just to have Korby do my hair again. He's that good. If you're considering booking with him, do it. You won't regret it.

I have thin coarse hair that I get highlights and low-lights of blonde shades and Anne just looks at my hair and knows how to "Custom Design" a great look with deep-pretty blonde colors and cut/styles my hair that looks perfect as she does for all her clients. As well as, Anne has a deep passion and dedication to each of her clients to ensure they leave her salon in absolute "AWE" of how wonderful of a job Anne does...I have cried many times leaving her salon because my hair turned out perfectly GORGEOUS every time!! Anne's the real-deal,100% cream of the crop in this industry, no one can compare and that's the fact! I've been to other places prior to Anne and the stylists had absolutely no clue on how to work with my hair type. Until I met Anne, from my first appointment, my hair was beautifully styled/cut, and beautifully colored that I didn't hesitate at all to schedule my next appointment right then and there. So I absolutely disagree with Elizabeth G. ratings and remark about Anne and The Birdbath Salon. I was there that same week and there were a few building issues that were TOTALLY out of Anne's control. So it would be an insult to Anne, the passion she has for this industry, and her outstanding customer service she provides to all her clients to rate her anything less than FIVE-STARS! I have been a client of Anne's for close to 10-years now and she has always been professional, goes out of her way to ensure all clients are taken care of with her outstanding customer service and passion for this industry.
