I later spoke with Joann who was also extremely nice and went the extra mile to work with me. After I arrived I was brought in by Dr. Marcus's assistant Arianna. She was very pleasant and kind, and made me feel very comfortable. After meeting Dr. Marcus I knew that I was in the right place with the right people. He was very professional, kind and considerate. His main concern was that I would not be in pain and he would be able to do the root canal. He continually checked to make sure I was not in any pain, and did a great job. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Dr. Marcus and his amazing staff. I would never go anywhere else for this kind of procedure. The office was immaculate and comfortable. I have to return next week for this to be completed and to have another procedure done with Dr, Kapoor. Needless to say I am not apprehensive at all. This is certainly a great place!
