While I'm far from fond of such medical collectives, there's one particular member of the consortium that keeps me returning. It should be noted that the Islandia location was home to folks in waiting room who were NEARLY as loud on the speakerphone as the obnoxious receptionists blabbering on personal calls with the window to the public holding cell wide open. The seats in said area are set up in threes, creating awkward scenarios where people sit in the middle and then need to move over when another patient arrives needing a spot to plop down. Medical recordkeeping is better than some, though not electronic. I suggest using this address rather than Expwy Dr N, which gMaps insists is in Lake Ronk (perhaps it is, but that ain't where I'm gonna get Doctorized). 01.12 update: good luck not getting the runaround when calling requesting documentation/details to supplement calls that your lab work results were 'excellent'.

I was told to make a new appointment to address the issue. And, of course, I paid another co-pay for that visit. I've paid so many co-pays for one issue that I can't even count them. It's ridiculous! I was able to stay in my car until my room was ready because I was coming with my small son and didn't feel comfortable waiting in the waiting room because of Covid. They called me in when my room was ready. They also delivered my son almost 4 years ago and made me feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy, the birth (my son was a C-section) and then afterwards.

Yet i saw him passing by the room with a smile when looking at me as he passed back an forth. A nasty assistant came twice to me giving me the dirtiest look i ever received in a doctor's office, telling me I have to wait. And I waited for an hour and a half until I could not wait any longer and left the office unattended. Dr Kugler, the other doctor, (sorry I forgot his name) and his assistance and staff were revengeful with me and the most nastier group I ever met.
