She told us she doesn't do Sunday appointments for anyone except regulars and her weekday hours are normal work hours that I could not work with due to my 8-5 Monday-Friday work schedule. She told us Groupon would have to refund us. We had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get Groupon to refund my mom who thought it'd be a nice gift for us to help us relax. What a headache. Maybe her "regulars" get good service, but it doesn't feel fair to be treated less than because we had a Groupon. Who knows we could've become regulars if we had the chance to even get a massage.
