Excellent communication. Very fair prices, knowledgeable, and our house looks and smells amazing, and our plants were fertilized! When he arrived on time that morning he and assistant started work right away. They made sure that he did what he said and more. When he was not satisfied with something he redid it. He ended up staying longer than he expected because he wanted to be satisfied with his work and to make sure I was satisfied as well. Very thorough. My house had not been power washed in years and there was such a pleasing difference after Mr. Michael finished. I couldn't believe the big difference in the look of before and after of my home. Great job. Yes , I would difinetly hire X-Stream Clean Softwash again and of course I highly recommend this company. I give 5 stars and more.

D Nova was the 3rd (and last) company that visited my home to repair my garage door springs. The…read moreothers were intent on scamming me by quoting extremely high prices, making it seem urgent and not explaining anything relative to the work to be performed. Well, D Nova was totally different. He not only explained what work was required, he also pointed out deficiencies in the DRHorton new home construction that made the work necessary. He explained it in such a way that I fully understood. He also pointed out framing that was not properly attached so it was coming loose from its original location. When I say that I was impressed, I really was. Although he couldn't perform the work that day, he agreed to get the necessary materials and return the next day. He kept me apprised of what time he would arrive, showed up at that time, did exceptional work and did not take all day to do it. I could tell that he really loves what he does because of how meticulous he was and how he moved around as he worked - he didn't waste any time (mine or his). In my opinion, you couldn't go wrong with using this company for your garage door needs and he does more for the money than I expected.

One STAR because ZERO is not an option. I am a property manager for a home where DoneRite HVAC…read moreinstalled a new Daikin central system. From the beginning, the system was shutting itself down for no apparent reason. DoneRite claimed that changing out the attic duct system would resolve the issue, so $4500 was spent doing that with no improvement whatsoever from this unnecessary expense. After this, DoneRite told me that it must be an electrical issue in the home. I had an electrician come out to inspect the wiring and no issues were found that could cause this. Additionally, I had the power company come out to inspect their connection. No issues found. During the entire process, DoneRite has been unresponsive to texts and phone calls. I haven't been able to get a person to answer the phone in their office for weeks. At one point, the owner of the company did finally return a call and told me he would try one thing and failing that working he would make a warranty claim on our behalf. Since that time, he hasn't returned a call, letter or email (it's been weeks) We have been ghosted by them totally. Meanwhile, we have 10 years left on our vaunted 12 year warranty, but DoneRite won't assist us in resolving this matter through our warranty. The catch 22 is that Daikin requires an authorized dealer to make a claim. DoneRite won't help and other companies are reluctant to take on this type of system and/or take on a warranty claim for a system they didn't install or service. Meanwhile this system is now shutting down daily and must be reset daily in order to work.

Due to the nature of our job, we are unable to hire WAM for it, but we cannot express how very impressed we were with them from start to finish! (Impressed enough to take the time to do a review.) Ashley was unusually sympathetic and kind to our situation from the first phone call. And Andrew was the epitome of grace and understanding when I told him we had to hire another company, and even told me that we could call them anytime with any questions we might have. It's been quite some time since we've seen such understanding and caring service! We will, without a doubt, be hiring them in the future. They are professional, reliable, honest, considerate and extremely helpful. We would say, "Stop looking, and just call them!"

They did not and we failed inspection. The inspector for the parish called them as she stated they should have known what the parish wanted prior to accepting the job. Wire is expensive but the labor should have been free in my opinion due to them not knowing it was code and required. I would have at least expected them to split the cost with us. 2 stars because the work was done but we won't ever use them again.
