Upon calling their office, i was greeted by the company owner who explained the teaching process and logistics clearly to me and in a patient manner. I then scheduled 3 x 2 hour sessions. The instructor, Roberto, texted a reminder the night before each session and promptly arrived on time at the agreed upon location for all 3 sessions. His kind demeanor during the sessions put my child at ease and he was very knowledgeable about all the traffic rules and test routes. My child then went on to pass the behind-the-wheel driving test a few weeks later. I highly recommend this driving school and plan to use them for my second child who will be preparing for their driving test soon.

I had lessons last year at this school with Bee Tran and it was one of the worst learning…read moreexperiences I have ever had. I am writing this review now, because I was discussing my learning experience with a friend and I want to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. She was condescending, rushed information, and was rude. When I asked questions, she got annoyed and irritable, and shouted at and insulted me and implied that I was unintelligent because I was a new driver and asked a clarifying question. She wasted a bunch of time on a steering technique that is completely unnecessary. There are a ton of positive reviews online about this school, and I got duped into thinking it was good, but I realized that they ask you to write a positive review. After I tried to be cordial and finished my lessons to not waste my money, I found a new driving instructor and passed my test on the first try with less than 2 months of lessons. I don't know about other instructors at the school but if you want to learn to drive, stay away from Bee Tran. Do not get tricked by the positive reviews - I hope this helps someone to avoid the terrible experience I had. If you look at my other reviews, you will see that I am usually very positive so it had to be really bad to prompt me to write this a year later. My new instructor at a different school had me passing the test on my first try with 9 hours of lessons total with no practice in between at a reasonable price, so this isn't a case of someone who is disgruntled because they struggle with driving. Find a different place or a different instructor and do not waste your money.

She would smack gum, eat food, and generally had an attitude of not caring. Only until my last class did she run me through a couple of rules but I never really learnt anything under her teaching.
