The house is awesome and they allowed me to bring my 2 dogs, which was ideal. When I arrived to move in, the house was spick and span as the cleaning ladies were just leaving. There have been little to no issues in the 6 months I've lived here. When a minor issue comes up, Jessica Lombardo is immediately responsive and so friendly. They send a repair man over same day and take care of everything. The landscapers come bi-weekly and are friendly and efficient. I am so grateful for Blue Horizon, Rob, Jessica, and the landscapers and repair men. They even left me a care package upon move-in with popcorn, games, and a $15 gift card to a nearby restaurant! They also have 3D tours of their properties that include dimensions, which helps the moving and nesting process immensely. Highly recommend as they are the BEST!

Blue Horizon's abject and complete failure to return a simple email or phone call caused my property to fall out of escrow costing me tens of thousands of dollars. This company is a joke....and so fitting that they changed the name to Virtual HOA, because there is never anyone there to help or respond to community needs. I'm sure Kevin Lehman will chime in here right away, denying and accusing. If only he did his actual job and responded when it matters, maybe there would be fewer 1-star reviews.

I cannot say enough positive things about Goodwin & Thyne Properties. From the first meeting at…read moretheir offices I was confident I had made the right choice. I had some legal questions due to a possible foreclosure if the property did not sell quick enough and John Thyne was there to ease my mind. Anthony Bordin met with me, did a home walk, then set me up with the perfect realtor for my condo/area, Stu Morse was attentive, informative and straightforward. Stu knew the area and was well versed in the benefits of the area. The photo's of the condo as well as the amenities looked great! He kept me informed every step of the way. I received an emailed report after each open house as well a personal report from Stu. When offers didn't immediately pour in, he explained my worries away. In the middle of trying to beat the foreclose deadline, my best friend got seriously ill and subsequently passed away. During this time I had let Stu know I was either at the hospital or work so when signatures were needed he came to me. There was a problem during the home inspection so Stu called me to let me know what I had to get done-he paused, then said 'let me handle this for you' and he did. He was a blessing in disguise. When all was said and done I felt as positive as I did the day i walked into their offices. And yes! They were able to hold off the foreclosure and get my property sold!!! i recently ran into Anthony and he asked how things were going with my circumstances. He remembered specifics details and had hoped that all was well. Mind you, this is months later and he still remembered! As with most busy people, we procrastinate about getting some back burner items done. Seeing him reminded me that i had wanted to write a review about this fantastic real estate company, its staff, and mainly Stu Morse.

We weren't having any luck finding a rental for our very specific needs and a friend suggested we call Stephen. We did and he quickly took action as we were on a time crunch to get our daughter registered for school. Stephen was very knowledgeable on all the neighborhoods and schools which was very helpful to us in choosing a school. He was a pleasure to work with and even recommended a great real estate agent who helped us find our "forever home."

I utilized the PR relocation services and was very satisfied. Wendy stayed in touch, let me know what the rental market was looking like, and adeptly worked with my budget and "must haves". I too noticed that many of the places suggested to me were also posted on Craigslist. However, when I would have emailed the poster, I never would have heard back. Wendy would send me a link then call to chat about the rental. She would then say, "call them, if you like it they will rent to you"! The folks at PR are well connected in the Santa Barbara community and know who to contact and how to get them to place their tenants. I would definitely use them again.

One month later and they have only released ONE updated listing. Today is April 29 and their "current" rental guide is dated April 3. I've called, e-mailed and submitted request forms for additional communication and even a refund. Nothing, no response. I noticed they're still posting listings on Craigslist, but no updated sheet. Incredibly frustrating as every other small business has been great in communicating and adapting during these challenging times. I have some patience, but to have no response and no acknowledgment is rude. If you aren't able to operate during this time, simply close and put a note on your website. 10/10 would NOT recommend at ANY time.
