She showed me the sample box which held the various sizes and tracks of the LED light bulbs. There were three different tracks you could buy. I ended up with the 9 inch lights meaning that they are 9 inches apart in the metal tracking that they install.
That was on Monday, November 3, and by that evening they sent me a quote via email. I liked the pricing, very reasonable if you ask me. They put me on the schedule and today, November 17, 2025, the men came and installed the lights. It took a little while, but these men were very professional, and very personable. They were very efficient and got this job done. They worked from about 1 PM till about 4 PM to 5 PM, and really got finished, cleaned up their mess, and then proceeded to show me how to download the app on my phone. They showed me and were very patient with me. I am a little bit older so it takes a while for some things to sink in sometimes! I am totally excited about how this finished product turned out. This is such a great investment. I will never have to worry about somebody hanging Christmas lights for me again. These are all LED lights, and they're installed in a metal tracking that they put under your roof on the facia board I believe. And they even go so far as to paint the metal the same color as the trim on your house. They got the lights installed in there and when they showed me the app, I was totally amazed. I can take this set of lights and use this app and I can leave the lights on what they call white, and that just lights up my whole yard making it nice and not having to have spotlights all around. Then if I wanted to decorate or have Lights for Thanksgiving, there's a Thanksgiving pattern on there. Then of course for Christmas if I want multicolor lights, I can put them on, or I can choose to have one solid color and there's many colors to choose from, or if I want them blinking, I can have them blinking. There's a lot of nice little things that this app can do. I will have to study up on it a little bit more but I think it's pretty straightforward. They got finished with mine in time and they set up a timer for me and showed me how to set up the timer also, and now mine are programed
to come on at about 530 PM and they will go off when I want them to go off a little bit later in the evening. So if you were out of town, your lights would still come on on a timer and nobody would be any of the wiser. I am so happy I made this investment because it's a one time investment, it has a lifetime warranty, and if one of the bulbs burn out, they are there on the spot with a new lightbulb to insert at your request. This is just the best little set up I have ever seen and it looks so professionally done and these guys that did it were great at what they were doing. So if you really want some good professional looking lights installed on your house that are there permanently, this would be the way to go. You can't ask for any more than having the lifetime warranty and the way they will service you afterwards. I was even amazed to find out that if I were to sell my house that this warranty for these lights would go free of charge to the next owner. So if you want a good set of lights for your house, that'll just shine out in front for security, or if you want them for specific holidays, Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, the Fourth of July, any of those holidays these lights can accommodate you. You can get many different light patterns and colors just using this app on the phone. Just call Trim Lights in Corpus Christi, they will send someone out to give you a quote and measure, and it all comes together and you have your lights within a week and a half to two weeks. One of the best investments I've ever made.
