He was very thorough at reviewing my needs and suggested a particular set of units. His recommendation was exactly what I needed in terms of capacity, reliability, and cost. His installation was quick, complete, and a minimum of fuss. Aided by his son Stephen, he made all the needed modifications to insure that the new unit was perfect for my house and went beyond my expectations in providing full service. His estimate was very reasonable and included the extra effort to replace the old unit with the new AC and furnace. In addition to his high level of professionalism, Carlos is very personable and cooperative. He explained the details and answered every question and concern I had. Unlike many large HVAC companies, I worked directly with Carlos, and he personally performed all the work, using only his son for some of the labor. I strongly recommend him as a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and approachable individual.
