    I just want to give a shout out to Jim the Building Manager!…read moreOn Jan. 31/23 I had a kitchen bulb out. I filled out a work order. The next day, New Years Day, Jim came up in the morning and replaced it. He also replaced my 3 bathroom bulbs, hallway bulb and door entrance bulb as they were the twisty lightbulbs and he said they were being discontinued and so he replaced them with the new LED bulbs. He replaced them with the daylight ones and let me tell you it's like the sun is shining now which I love! Also, he has replaced all the hallway bulbs and it is so nice and bright now! Thanks Jim!

    I hired these guys to move my small 2 bedroom apartment, the main guy im assuming Al, older man,…read morewas extremely rude. I took the drawers out of my dressers, I thought it would make it easier for them, he lectured me, in front of my 3 year old son why I should have just left them. I was trying to help.. there was absolutely no need to be so rude. They took a 20min break after being there for an hour which i was not impressed with. When we got to my unit (i had already starting bringing bins and had arranged them on the side in a way I wanted about a week prior) It was pouring rain my moving day and I had my son with me so we sat in the car while they unloaded the truck. They moved all my stuff around and I couldn't really see much but it looked okay at first. I just went back to get winter items out, and saw what they did. They flipped a bunch of my bins UPSIDE DOWN!! They broke so many items!! All my wood furniture is scratched because they jammed stuff in between items, and there was extra room when they where done!! Im furious!! Who stacks bins upside down?? And is so careless with other peoples belongings!? They also asked for cash which was super sketchy and not discussed beforehand and I paid $300 for this bullshit. I had to meet Al at the bank to give him his money because be didn't say anything when we talked previously. Then i waited at the bank foreverrrr and he shows up and says he went home to go get changed first... seriously!!Do NOT use this company, what a bloody joke. Thanks for nothing!! Oh and when I do go back to get more stuff, i will be posting pictures of the broken items thanks to these idiots.

    Called and left a message regarding a listing on his cell phone... nothing. No, he is in town just terrible service and does not return calls. Can't imagine having a listing with him and that's the kind of service he delivers.
