I called up the seemingly only person that works at this office to understand why it wasn't dropped (like I was promised[which is the only reason I paid the guy]) and the receptionist was very impatient and unprofessional, yes I was irritated, but both times I talked to her she slammed the phone down and hung up. Now maybe I'm new to the world of lawyers, but hanging up on clients is unacceptable. My suggestion to you is find another lawyer with a more professional staff, this being my first experience with one I've learned my lesson: if they fail to provide paper work stating the outcome, RUN! They're setting up to screw you later on!
