They took the time to explain the different treatments they thought would be helpful and created a personalized treatment plan that included a VI Peel, pico laser, and BBL. I especially appreciated that they always kept my wedding timeline in mind when recommending and scheduling my treatments. Kim administered my VI Peel and carefully explained what to expect during the healing and peeling process. She was also available by text afterward if I had any questions, which I really appreciated. Mika performed my BBL and pico laser treatments and was wonderful throughout the entire process. She also took the time to ask about the skincare products I was currently using and recommended things I could do at home to continue improving my skin and maintain my results. What I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured to purchase products from them. Her focus was simply on making sure that whatever products I chose to use contained the ingredients she felt would be most effective for my skin type and concerns. It made her recommendations feel genuinely focused on what was best for my skin rather than on selling me products. I had undergone a different type of laser treatment several years ago, and my experience with the BBL and pico treatments at Ageless MD was so much more pleasant. The treatments themselves were nearly painless and very tolerable. The numbing cream they use beforehand works extremely well, and the cooling mask afterward made such a difference. I never left the office with the burning sensation I remembered from my previous laser treatment. The downtime was also surprisingly short--I never felt like I would be embarrassed to be seen in public afterward. I also loved that they took photos at each appointment so I could actually see the progress I was making from one treatment to the next. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, and they always followed up afterward to make sure I was healing as expected and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Scheduling was very convenient as well. They offer Saturday appointments, and I was always able to find a time that worked with my busy schedule. One of the things I appreciated most was how personal the entire experience felt. Everyone knew about my upcoming wedding and remembered personal details I had shared during previous appointments. I initially bought a single session to see if I liked it, and I ended up liking it so much that I purchased a 6-session. I was only able to use maybe 4 sessions due to ongoing difficulty scheduling. I would put in appointment requests whenever I had time off from work, but most of them were denied. I even tried booking during times when I saw she already had other clients, thinking it would be more accommodating to her schedule. I scheduled an appointment for December 19, but it was never approved. She ended up texting me asking if I was running late. I explained that it wasn't approved but that I could be there in 17 mins but she had another client so I asked to reschedule, but I never received a response. I continued trying to make appointments and reached out to ask when she would be working so I could plan around her availability, but again received no response. On December 22, I reached out about an appointment since my package expiration was coming up and I wanted to avoid another miscommunication. She replied that she wouldn't be able to approve that appointment but said I could use one when I was available. I thanked her and told her I'd text again to see when she would be working so I could work around her schedule. I texted on January 6 after vacation asking if she would be at work the next day with no response. I followed up again on January 20 asking if she was available in the next few days with no response. My final message on January 23 explained that I had been trying to reach out and make appointments, asked when she would be working so I could use my last session, and thanked her. I sent this to the same number, her work page, and her personal page in case she hadn't seen the earlier messages since I saw she was active on social media but still no response. Shortly after I sent the messages, I tried to make another appointment and found that I was blocked from making future appointments. I've been ghosted. It's really unfortunate that it ended this way. I was so excited to be working on myself since I don't usually splurge on things like this for myself, since it's a lot of money, but I feel like the lack of communication and scheduling issues made it kind of disappointing experience overall.

So she didn't take my measurements before the procedure, just afterwards so I wasn't sure what kind of results I got from the one tummy treatment. I would have to keep coming I suppose at this point. The tummy session was cookie cutter and quick but overall seemed to be ok. The one negative experience I had was with the butt treatment. It was my first time trying any of these so she told me if I could deal with the discomfort to just get thru it. The procedure was pretty uncomfortable and did produce some results unfortunately though, I was very badly bruised. The bruises stayed on my butt for 3 weeks or so bc they were pretty bad. Kind of defeats the purpose in getting the booty plumped up if you can't actually show it bc of the bruising. Would not recommend that procedure or if you do, maybe don't take her advice and have her start at a much lower setting. For the facial procedure, I didn't get any before pics and could she advised I wouldn't see results until after 3/4 procedures. Not sure it did anything for me. I was not really satisfied with the overall experience and decided to not come back. Originally I was going to buy a bulk package but glad I didn't. I have also seen her posts where she scolds her clients and tells them they need to come every week to use the packages, anything else is "not acceptable". I feel like there is no need to approach it that way and not saying there shouldn't be an expiration date but I feel there should be some wiggle room as not everyone has the same goals and idk if every week is feasible for everyone. Comes off more like she wants you to use up the sessions asap so she can get it over with and be paid. I have since found another body sculptor in OC who is much more flexible and is truly invested in her clients results. She has been great at showing me before and after pictures right after each session so I can see the results from my tummy work, full body lymphatic drainage and a focus on stubborn fat as well as my facial lymphatic massage. She also tailors the sessions and procedures to what I need and she doesn't have any requirements or even recommendations that you HAVE to come every week. It is dependent on your goals and she is very honest with you about the recommendations. If you are thinking of coming to this place and want real results, go somewhere else as this place it's just aesthetics owned by an IG creator who has had Lipo/ BBL and lots of other work on themselves but is potentially selling it like it's a result of body sculpting.
