Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. E. Throughout our interactions, I felt…read morethat he spoke at me rather than listening to my concerns. I repeatedly explained that my pain was in a different area than what he suggested, but my input often seemed to fall on deaf ears. When I finally got him to focus on my concerns, he agreed to review my MRI data--something I would have expected to be done early on, before recommending treatment. Unfortunately, when I arrived for the MRI review, he was 45 minutes late and informed me that he had been unable to access the MRI due to technical difficulties. When I asked why he hadn't called to cancel the appointment, he replied that he didn't realize I had one scheduled. Dr. E may work well for other patients, but my experience was not positive. I want a physician who listens carefully and reviews available imaging before making recommendations--Dr. E did not meet those expectations. In my opinion, it may be worth looking elsewhere, though others may feel differently.

The employees were very nice and friendly, as was Dr. Murano. He recommended conservative treatment for my buniin, although he did explain surgery options. I was glad that he did not recommend surgery if it was not really necessary. The whole thing went very smoothly and I would definitely come back here if I need a podiatrist in the future.

A few zaps later and I was able to walk without the pain and pressure the wart has caused for so long. Follow up treatments were necessary but the first treatment got rid of all the pain. I went to Dr. Szpiro for nearly two years for a planters wart - and the wart is still there (albeit…read moresmaller). But she was incredibly unprofessional, would bad talk her staff in front of me, would blame them for her forgetting things and then the two big things were 1) she prescribed an ointment for me and when I told her at the next visit I wasn't using it she said "why would you have that medicine?" As if I prescribed it to myself! And 2) she was incredibly hostile toward me when I calmly asked her to clarify a bill that I received and she claimed I was trying to "get a free treatment" I had to calmly say to her "I don't know why you are getting so angry, I am just trying to understand my bill, which is my right" she the later apologized and then proceeded to throw her staff under the bus for misbilling me. Net/net I would not recommend her to anyone , which is a shame because she came highly recommended, but I think things have changed in the last few years.

ok so now it goes to 2 stars (and that's being generous). I went to see Dr. Rutowicz in Needham as…read moreI knew that the visit w/ Dr. Robinson had major issues. Let's just say, night and day-- Dr. Rutowicz and his office were extremely professional, there was no trying to up-sell products like orthotics, no rude language, no taking a permanent record of my credit card. Most of all Dr. Rutowicz gave me excellent advice on what to do about my foot problem that made a whole lot of sense, gave me a timeframe for expected recovery, and was highly educational about what i need to do. So in my opinion: skip Dr. Robinson altogether and go to someone else.

Avoid Dr. Robinson at all costs!!…read more He won't see you as a patient unless you initially agree to give him your credit card info which they keep on file. If you miss an appointment or cancel prior to giving him 24 hours notice, he will charge you $50 and does not perform reminder calls. He also tried to sell me a small bottle of foot deoderant for $30, which is something I didn't request or feel I needed. I went to him as a follow-up appointment after I broke a toe and he said everything was fine. Three weeks later I went to another doctor (as my toe was still hurting) who informed me the toe was still fractured and not healing correctly. The new doctor stated that Dr. Robinson should have seen this in the x-ray and recommended I wear an aircast boot. Prior to seeing this new doctor, I asked Dr. Robinson for my records and he agreed to mail them to me (as he only has office hours in Natick on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a small window of time). It's been 6 weeks since the inital request and I still have not received the records. Ive called him numerous times and his staff wait days to call back and provide an excuse as to why it hasn't gone out yet or that the mailman returned them to his office blah blah blah. He's also gotten really bad reviews on health grades. Wish I read them before seeing him! Stay away!!!!
