My parents were looking to move quickly and the last time they went through the process was over forty years ago. I contacted Carolyn and she immediately walked through the process, met with my parents, and put together a plan with options that met our goals for selling the home quickly at the right price. Her experience was incredibly helpful in understanding where to invest $$ towards getting the home ready while being very communicative throughout the process. The outcome was my parents home from beginning of conversation to closing date was two months and the home had an offer on the first day it was on the market. We couldn't ask for more in a realtor and so thankful we found her to help my parents through this transition!!

Margaret's organization, attention to detail, and negotiation skills far exceeded all of the others we worked with. Margaret is an expert in this area and was able to provide us with confidence, guidance, and market insight while we got our house ready to sell. She worked with us for eight months in advance of the sale in order to help us get ready. Her network is full of people who think she is the best in the business, and are willing to help out her clients. She hired a fantastic photographer to Since we were only moving across town, she was conscientious of our time restrictions and personal cost and helped us schedule back to back closings for both house transactions. When we were house shopping, she worked hard to get us in to every house we wanted to see no matter how last minute. She crawled on her hands and knees in dirty basements looking for signs of water damage for us. Above all, she is a good person who really cares about her clients. If we ever have to move again, I would definitely hire Margaret, and I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends.

He also listed the house at a price that I thought we could not get. The house was older and dated and needed a decent amount of work. We gave Chris our preferences and he patiently worked with us to filter through several listings before we found a home that best fit our needs (and wants). As a realtor, Chris is Super knowledgable, extremely prompt, and Uber helpful. As a man: Chris is down to earth, accessible, and aims to help people, rather than gain customers. Chris is truly one of a kind because, maybe two years later, extenuating circumstances required my family to be forced to move rather abruptly from the place he'd help us to procure. I called Chris requesting his help for a second time, and his sense of urgency in helping me was immediate! It spoke volumes of not only his professionalism, it reflected his commitment to helping people. If you're looking for a realtor who puts the client first in all areas, Chris Cucci is your man!
