My son can't stop mentioning Ms. Joan, Ms. 'Saundra' and Ms. Tania at home. He imitates the phrases he hears them say becauwe they have made an impression on him in the quality of care "oh, yes" (Ms. Joan) they exuded and the passion they have for what they do "take a shot" (Ms. Tania) as well as the dedication they have had to helping him become fully potty-trained "chocolate, mommy?!" as a reward to acknowledge his successes (Ms. Cassaundra). I'm so grateful to the always gracious owners as well as their director , Samantha who are willing to go out of their way; even the support staff, like Maricela, like Sara who share their love of music with him and countless others whose names I don't even know, who have been so kind to my son when they didn't need to be.

Shannon was fantastic to work with to iron out all the details and answered every question we had. Marleen was our day of person and she was great. All decor and set up was ready when we arrived and they set out all the birthday treats for us. This facility is a perfect birthday spot if your group ranges from babies to about 8 years old. We had a handful of tiny tots and mostly kids between 5-6 and it was perfect. Everyone had a great time and I saw staff actively walking around cleaning up the place and making sure to contain the chaos and look out for kids safety. It's definitely not a cheap place to have a kids party, but it was definitely worth it. My only negative feedback would be that the parking lot is tight and got crowded fast. A lot of our guest had to circle for a spot. The second feedback would be that they could definitely benefit from getting a better caterer. The pizza was pretty disappointing even by a kids standard and they all went for the fruit and veggie plates originally got for the adults. Otherwise it was great! It is nice in the beginning being able to check in over the web cam. My kids were always so excited to see their friends from school walking around the neighborhood. They also developed great foundational skills, learning their alphabet, letter sound relationships, counting and some Spanish and sign language. They loved the weekly visits from the music/ASL teacher. The teachers also helped greatly with potty training once we started at home. It was also great knowing that lunch and snacks were taken care of and that our kids were trying new foods.

She associates her uniform with "going to school", which is a great visual prompt to get us ready & out the door each day. 2) The administration and staff are so helpful & have been extra accommodating to her special needs. There is a great curriculum including an introduction to Spanish language skills & preschool preparation (tracing letters, using glue sticks & scissors, etc) . It's truly like a school rather than just a daycare facility. She loves her teachers Mrs Ruth & Miss Justine :) 3) The tech used by the facility is great. The app lets us check her in & out for the day with ease. We get information and photo updates throughout the day. 3) Food is healthy and our picky eater never goes hungry.

I asked for a refund and they declined despite a very clear written refund policy that we are inline with. when I called to talk thru this sure that there was a misunderstanding the person there was rude and dismissive. they gawked at me saying I couldnt get my physician to complete their form in time without knowing anything about my situation or how my doctor works. they assured me my doc could do it in 5 mins, talked over me and denied everything I mentioned as being true. it was the most infuriating experience I've ever had. I would not trust my child with someone of this type of moral fabric. Listening, practicing compassion, meeting people where they are, valuing community above money are ethics that i Value and I want exemplified by those who I entrust my daughter to...

During her time at laugh n learn she learned to speak and socialize with peers. The staff at the center are so sweet and caring of the children. I also had a great experience with Tena who went above and beyond for our daughter. I was recommended by a close friend who had her own children there and I was not disappointed!. If you are looking for a amazing daycare this is the place and If in the future I have the chance to use the services again I will not hesitate to take my newborn there.
