I sent my daughter here when she was 22 months and continued till she turned 3. We had great experience with Nidhi and her team. All teachers take very good care of kids, always pay attention to our requests and concerns. Their activities and curriculum is well organized and specially food is homemade and good quality. My daughter enjoyed her time here and learned alot. Overall very nice daycare and we are happy to have chosen this for our daughter. read more

Daughter spent about 2 years at Nidhi's daycare (from 1 to 3yo) and she loved it. I found it by chance browsing daycares in the area on Yelp and I am glad I did! The place is kept extremely clean and tidy and Nidhi is very organized. They have a daily schedule of activities (outside play, circle time for learning, craft, nap time...). The kids are kept busy and they are learning a lot. My 2 yo was coming back home enumerating seasons, or months of the year, talking about "under/over" and "small/big" and singing songs. The backyard for play is very big, lots of grass, and they have small slides, swings, small tricycles... They provide food and snacks, mostly kid-friendly Indian vegetarian dishes. The ladies helping Nidhi are doing a great job and they are loving. Daughter was always talking about Miss Surya. I remember looking at other home daycares in the area, and this one was on the cheaper side, meaning not the most expensive. Definitely would recommend. Daughter joined when she turned 1 only and I was apprehensive but she loved going to Nidhi's so much, that it really brought me peace of mind. read more

Our son went there starting 15months old, and we are so thankful we found this great place. Nidhi and her team took so much care of him, helped him become more disciplined, learned new things, pick up new words. He loved going to his play school in the mornings. Nidhi has good collection of toys which teachers rotate frequently and the outdoor play was am sure my son's favorite part. And, the homemade healthy meals 3 times was the best part for parents. Will miss the place! read more

My son went to this daycare and i can clearly say that he had great time there as he was always excited to go there.

We had a wonderful experience with Learning Minds Daycare. My toddler attended from 16 months to 21 months, and we truly loved everything about this place. The daycare is very clean and well organized, with a huge backyard where kids can freely explore and play. The food is healthy, fresh, and home-style--something we really appreciated as parents. Nidhi is an exceptional Montessori teacher who thoughtfully designs the curriculum and prepares delicious fresh meals for the kids. Miss Surya cares for every child with so much empathy and patience--you can genuinely feel how much she loves and understands babies. In just a few months, my toddler learned so much here. She picked up English incredibly fast, learned many new words, and most importantly, learned how to be kind and gentle with others. She loved going to daycare every day, and I always felt confident that she was happy, safe, and well cared for. Highly recommend Learning Minds Daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing, trustworthy, and enriching environment for their little one. read more

We highly recommend Learning Minds Daycare! Our son started at 14 months and settled in within a week, stayed for almost 2 wonderful years. It truly excels in the following areas: Clean and Safe: A consistently clean and organized environment. Great Toys: A diverse collection that our son loved. Unmatched Love: Providing the essential care and attention a young child needs. Nidhi is exceptional - excellent at maintaining routines, sending pictures, communicating with parents, and celebrating special occasions. Our son will miss this place a big time! Nidhi does a great job running this daycare. I was very anxious when starting daycare for my 1 year old but he got accustomed to it in less than a week. The space is very well maintained, very clean and has a great collection of age appropriate toys. I was able to go on with my work peacefully knowing my child was in great hands. Our daughter has been attending Learning Minds daycare for 2 years now. Ms. Nidhi and her staff are amazing! She gets excited to go every morning! When I drop her off, she can't wait to go play and learn with the other children! She loves Ms. Nidhi, Ms. Preethi and Ms. Suriya. The indoor environment is homely and gorgeous, with a fantastic sprawling outdoor space that has to be seen to be believed! We could see lot of progress in my daughter. I would highly recommend Learning minds Daycare to anyone looking for safe, nurturing and reliable childcare. My son was with Nidhi for 1 whole year and I can see so many differences. Nidhi & her staff is very kind, extremely organized, keep parents informed throughout the day about all activities and provide safe environment to the kids. Always provide freshly cooked meals and send menu every week in advance so that parents are informed on what they are kids going to eat through out the week. Even though it is a home based daycare but the amount of activities, outdoor play set and toys this daycare offers, I have not seen in any home based facility so far. Another thing is, there are so many kids at time but this daycare is always super clean. Nidhi was extremely helpful and patient with our kid as he is super picky eater, which can be pretty hard from time to time but she helped us navigate him on his eating habits. Thank you so much for taking care of my son, he loves you all very much. read more

I have so many great things to say about Learning Minds Daycare. After trying a couple of other daycares, I finally found the perfect place for my child, and our experience has been amazing. Learning Minds provides for a happy and healthy environment for children in the early stages of life. The teachers are incredibly caring and supportive, making sure every child feels comfortable and nurtured. My child, who was initially very shy and clingy, has blossomed into a confident and independent individual since starting here. They have supported my child in developing essential life skills. She was mostly breastfed before joining, and the staff patiently helped her transition to drinking milk from a sippy cup. Additionally, she learned to eat by herself while attending, which was a huge milestone for us. Miss Nidhi and Miss Preeti were instrumental in her potty training journey as well when she was ready to start. The daycare also celebrates all major festivals, engaging the children in relevant crafts and activities. The backyard is spacious, with plenty of play structures for the kids to enjoy, and the entire facility is always clean and organized. The kindness and professionalism of the teachers are unmatched. They always speak politely and kindly to the kids, creating a positive and respectful atmosphere. I have recommended Learning Minds Daycare to many of my friends, and they have all had great experiences as well. read more

Learning Minds daycare was an exceptional place for my son, who attended from the age of 18 months to 3 years. Ms. Nidhi & her team provided not only a loving & safe env. but also ensured that the children received wholesome meals, incl. delicious Indian food, & milk in the evening, which my son always looked forward to. When we first enrolled our son at 18 months old, Ms. Nidhi gave us plenty of thoughtful suggestions to help with the transition. She recommended starting with a half-day program, which was exactly what our son needed to gradually get comfortable in the new env. This guid. showed us that she genuinely had our child's best interests at heart. Ms. Nidhi's focus is always on the well-being & dev. of each child rather than financial gain. Her dedication to providing the best possible care & creating a supportive env. for both children & ppl. is evident in everything she does. One of the things I appreciated most was how quick Ms. Nidhi was in sharing daily pictures of my son's acts., giving us a glimpse into his day at daycare. She was always prompt in responding to any queries we had & went above & beyond by recommending useful products like milk bottles & potty seats, which made our parenting journey so much easier. The daycare was always super clean, & Ms. Nidhi's attention to maintaining a spotless env. truly stood out. She ensured that everything was well-organized & clean, creating a safe & healthy space for the kids to play & learn. What truly set Learning Minds apart was the way Ms. Nidhi, along with Ms. Santosh & Ms. Preeti, cared for all the kids like a mother. They made sure that their love & dedication were reflected in the care provided by the entire team, ensuring that every instr. treated the children with the same warmth & affection. Before hiring any instr., Ms. Nidhi conducts a rigorous training session to make sure they meet her high standards of care & teaching. Only after they successfully complete this training does she bring them on board, which speaks volumes about her commitment to providing the best env. for the kids. Ms. Nidhi's Montessori certification also makes a significant difference in the way she designs the curriculum & acts. for the children. Her expertise in the Montessori method shines through in the structured, hands-on learning experiences that encourage independence & foster a love of learning from an early age. One of my son's favorite acts. was circle time, where kids sang songs, read stories, & built social skills. He also loved Show & Tell on Fridays, which boosted his confidence in speaking & expressing himself. The main highlight of Learning Minds is its huge outdoor space, filled with acts. that encourage toddlers & infants to run, play, & explore. At this age, it's so important for children to have the freedom to move & engage in physical acts., & this outdoor area was perfect for helping my son develop his motor skills & enjoy active playtime. The acts. designed by Ms. Nidhi, Ms. Santosh, & Ms. Preeti were truly top-notch. They put so much effort into creating fun yet educational experiences that engaged the kids in learning while keeping them entertained. Whether it was arts & crafts, storytelling, or themed learning sessions, my son always came home excited to share what he had learned that day. I was particularly impressed by the way Ms. Nidhi & her team celebrated every festival & special occasion with so much enthusiasm & preparation. Whether it was Mother's Day, Halloween, Diwali, or any other event, they put in a lot of effort to make it a memorable exp. for the kids. Ms. Nidhi's dedication to making these celebrations special is truly commendable. Thanks to the daycare's stimulating env., my son's vocabulary by the age of 3 was really impressive. He was able to speak English fluently, & by 2.6 years old, he could form many sentences & even read paragraphs without much help. The focus on language dev. & interactive learning acts. truly helped him reach these milestones early. Ms. Nidhi's clear instructions & her flexibility made my life as a parent so much easier. A huge thanks to her & the daycare team for their incredible assistance in potty training my son. Before his 3rd birthday, he was completely potty trained, & that milestone wouldn't have been possible without their guid. & support. I appreciate the dedication & creativity that made each day unique at Learning Minds. The combination of care, engaging acts., a clean env., a spacious outdoor area, & the motherly touch from Ms. Nidhi, Ms. Santosh, & Ms. Preeti, along with a Montessori-certified approach, greatly impacted my son's dev. Ms. Nidhi's genuine commitment to excellence & support for ppl. truly sets her apart. I highly recommend Learning Minds to any ppl. seeking a nurturing & enriching env. for their child. read more

Ms.Nidhi's commitment to cleanliness ensured a safe and healthy environment for all children and her ability in hiring the right teachers like Ms Preeti and Ms Nishi who were warm, caring, and invested in each child's well-being, creating a sense of belonging and security further enhanced our experience. The daycare provided a rich and stimulating environment on a day to day basis and also went above and beyond to celebrate the special occasions from quite a few cultures that helped in introducing my child to various cultures and experiences. The teachers are also skilled at introduced basic concepts through fun and interactive activities, sparking my child's curiosity and love of learning. After trying a couple other day cares and touring many more, I am glad we found the perfect place for my child's early years which helped shape him into an independent, social and kind toddler. It has been an absolute pleasure watching her grow and learn in such a nurturing environment. From the very first day, we were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the facility. Nidhi's place is very spacious, clean and neat. Nidhi's warm and caring nature immediately put us at ease, and we knew our daughter was in good hands. The nurturing climate and dedication to providing a safe and stimulating space for the children are truly remarkable. The daily photos and updates were a wonderful way to stay connected to our daughter's day. We've also been thrilled to see the positive impact the daycare has had on our daughter's development. My daughter attended learning minds day care for 5 months and we saw tremendous improvement in her overall well being. She learnt to eat on her own without creating a mess and showed enthusiasm to be independent. Nidhi provides breakfast, snacks and lunch everyday which makes it easier for working parents as we don't have to worry about food. Nidhi and her staff are extremely responsive to any queries. She also has a structured schedule which incorporates play and education based activities. She celebrates every kid's birthday and does activities for the kids which are specific to the events (Mother's Day, Father's Day etc.). Nidhi and her staff at Learning Minds are very loving and caring with the kids. Our son had a tough time when he first started at the daycare, but Nidhi really helped with the transition and was very confident making us feel much at ease. She does a good variety of activities for the kids including arts, crafts, puzzles, toys, reading time, circle time etc. We are always surprised at how much our son learns there. She does a lot of themed activities and celebrations based on the festivals and seasons which is always nice. For older kids she has 'Show & Tell' every Friday which helps kids with vocabulary and language development. Unlike a lot of home-based daycares, she has two rooms entirely dedicated to the daycare which is always clean and organized. She has a huge backyard for the kids to play and for outdoor activities. She provides a variety of home cooked food that includes breakfast, two snacks and lunch. Every Sunday she provides menu for the coming week which is super helpful to meal plan. She shares daily photos/videos which we enjoy seeing so that we know what our son does at the daycare. She follows all licensing and safety protocols. Nidhi is the best when it comes to kids. She has prior experience in a school but thats not the only thing that mattered to us. She takes care of kids and handles every situation very nicely. We had our daughter enrolled in covid times when she was just 18months and I was very skeptical with what was happening and if it was safe to have her exposed in new normal but she handled all kids safely and with proper care. She maintains cleanliness and her variety of food especially indian food is what made me happy to send my kid without any fear. Her facility is also very nice and she has lots of toys and I saw tremendous developnent in my daughter with her speech and other skills. Nidhi's activities are very creative as well. Its been almost 1n half years my daughter is with Nidhi and its going to be very hard for her to leave Nidhi. So I still dont want to leave this day care but change is constant. Thank you Nidhi! read more

Learning Minds is one of the best daycares (incl home based + regular) in Milpitas in my opinion. My son went to this place for about 9 months and it was the most pleasant experience we could have had. Nidhi, the teacher is kind, compassionate, rightly equipped for the job, very patient and provides the perfect educational setting for kids. All her play based learning activities teach the kids a lot and my son learned sooo much at her daycare. She has an excellent eye for art and craft work and I honestly have a closet full of my son's daycare artwork which is amazing. She also provides candid feedback on your child's development which really helps in understanding what areas you could nudge your child to do more (example fine motor vs large motor). She also provides nutritious food/milk and my son learned to eat on his own with Nidhis able assistance. She also celebrates all festivals (indian, american, chinese) through the year and teaches kids the significance of them. For example, my then 2 year old knew a lot about Christmas, santa claus, the concept of gifts and what not thanks to Nidhi. We unfortunately had to remove him from the daycare because we decided to move and the commute wouldn't be feasible. If I could have, I would have kept him with Nidhi until elementary school. Huge thumbs up overall!! read more

Back in 2021 we were looking for a home-based licensed daycare for our 2yr old daughter and we stumbled upon Learning Minds Daycare through some positive referral from parents. And we are only glad we enrolled our daughter here as Nidhi (Owner) and her support staff take good care of the kids. In addition to providing an excellent learning environment what's important is it also provided our daughter a very safe environment (lest I forget they followed all covid protocols) which she used to look forward to every morning. She also provides home cooked vegetarian lunch along with 2 snacks and a breakfast. That said, Nidhi is moving to a much bigger location in the neighborhood and knowing her commitment, as a parent we would highly recommend Learning Minds daycare. Thanks Nidhi and staff! read more
