She offered us free initial interview where we sat down and voiced our concerns first. After our intial meeting we decided to use her service. We gave Crystal a copy of our son current IEP, she reviewed it and developed a proposal action plan/suggestions geared toward getting the best help for our son at his school. Crystal was very professional, well experienced and genuinely helpful. I will personally recommend Crystal to every parents of a child with IEP. Please consult with an advocate first before signing an IEP. She undertstand and helped us with our concerns that we don't know how to ask with school district, she gave us pointers and typed it all out for us to bring on the meeting. We are very thankful for her and definitely recommending her to other parents.

I know every preschool and daycare has sick kids but this place just screams germs! They said like 20 kids in the classroom, that's a lot!Maybe it was the timing, the kids were just waking up, but they just looked depressed & unhappy. The outdoor space is across the parking lot which seems very unsafe for toddlers and it had no toys to play with. They are very proud of their chef who cooks vegan meals... but even that seems depressing after seeing and smelling the interior of this building. I highly recommend searching around for a better preschool where your child will be happy, get some vitamin d and fresh air!

And we were intrigued by their teaching philosophy too. There are many questionable, quite lengthy, five star reviews that cover the aforementioned statement. So, I will not state the obvious. Now for the cons. please don't take this personally LS. So, there was this we are in charge here sort of attitude made evident by their many policies, and demeanor when you bring up an issue. At times the atmosphere was inappropriately tense for a daycare. I am not sure what was going on at these times. But, there was some sort of apparent drama. But, I must say the teachers at little sprouts were among the best and unfortunately the worst. Practically all of them were great, except for Ms. Hope. I usually don't name names, but in this case I will. I feel the need to, but I will leave it for you to decide. So, why so many stars? My review is on the things you would expect, like safety. Your child will be safe and treated well. For that reason, coupled with the many great kids my son met, and not to mention their terrific parents is why I kept him in for as long as I did. Mediocre at best!

My daughter was part of the COVID class so she transferred in her junior year and had classes mainly on campus(which she loved). She commuted to/from school/home. She had early enough classes that she did not really have to fight for parking. My son is currently a sophomore there and has been living on campus. He was lucky to find Wonder roommates and friends and lived in locations on campus within walking distance of everything. So far it is hard work but he is enjoiyhis time at State. There are so many great clubs, organizations, and opportunities around campus. The trolly system is pretty good as well and a great means of transportation around San Diego if they do not have a car. My daughter graduated in 2024 and really enjoyed her time there. Very lucky to have them both near by for school. Great campus!!! Oh if near by you have to check out the turtle pond, it is so amazingly peaceful and tranquil.

I have had ample opportunities from SDSU for my future career and also to meet friends for life. The campus is absolutely stunning and has its own farmers market once a week in the main square area. They also have so many events on campus that they do an amazing job organizing. I think one thing that really stuck out to me, especially being out of state, was that I immediately felt at home here. I joined Greek life, student orgs, and had such an amazing experience where I was able to contribute to my personal and professional development. I will forever thank this school for everything it's given me and grateful that I've found a place. The one thing I will say, however, is that I lived in Chappy and that freshman dorm building needed help. But at the same time I was in the most social building, so that allowed me to meet the friends I have now!

Just picked up two formal dresses that needed alterations and they now both fit like a glove! One needed to be let out and the other needed the straps shortened. Lua altered both dresses and is sweet, personable, and talented. She finished both dresses well before their expected date. Carolina and Joseph, the owners are friendly and you can tell why their business has been around for awhile. I had my wedding dress consultation with Isis. She was very sweet, you can tell she has an eye for detail. I can't wait to come back in August for my wedding dress alterations. Will provide an update then! The seamstresses are upfront about their prices during your consultation, so there aren't any surprises. Their prices are well worth the quality of work they do.
