The administrative team is disorganized, communication is poor, and advocating for your child results in being labeled "aggressive," even as staff raise their voices. My 5‑year‑old's teacher waited nearly two weeks to introduce herself, then immediately criticized his behavior in front of him and other children, with no explanation of how they addressed it. Billing was a mess: constant errors, incorrect charges, overpayments, and no accountability. The director threatened to unenroll all three of my kids when I paused payment due to an incorrect amount, which she later confirmed was their mistake. They also fired my middle child's teacher without notifying parents. I only found out because a stranger was holding my son's hand at pickup. No announcement was ever sent. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication made this an unsafe and unreliable environment.

The children don't just run around all day not learning anything. Each class has a curriculum that caters to the development milestones of that age. They provide meals, which I like, and also do potty training. Another bonus is every quarter, they have parent-teacher conferences, which allows you to learn what your child is doing and where he/she can improve. Now, every childcare center is not perfect and I know that searching for childcare for a child is hard (and sometimes frustrating)...but I think you will like Kindercare. It's worth the cost. I have sent my children there since they were 4 months old and it is the best decision I have ever made. Finally, Shelly really loves the kids. She treats them as if they are her own. If you are a first time parent, she will even coach you through some of the new things like how to handle diaper rash and/or ways to help them learn at home. I highly recommend Little Lambs. Miss Gina is the best first teacher we could have had for my…read moredaughter. My daughter was a true covid baby and was hardly ever around kids her age. I knew it was time to put her in daycare and we were so blessed to find Miss Gina and it just so happened to be with in walking distance to our home which was great for this transition. Miss Gina has been very kind and patient with my daughter. Miss Gina keeps the daycare very clean, organized and welcoming. I appreciate her open communication with any concerns or insights she had on helping with our daughter. All the kids get along really well and have a sense of community. My daughter really learned a lot through the weekly themed lessons Miss Gina plans for them, which are very interactive. She makes sure to include sensory, imaginative and creative play and lessons for the kids. My only regret is not finding Miss Gina sooner! Sadly are only leaving as my daughter is going to kindergarten or else she would stay there longer. We will miss taking my daughter to Little Lambs but will forever remember the time we had there!

The staff has a genuine interest in the well being of your children as well as making you feel like family; it truly is a community environment. They have an app called Tadpole, but yet the information entered is never correct. They are short-staffed every day and yet most teachers still leave at 4, so unless you can get out of work early to connect and discuss... you simply have no idea what is going on. Kids are constantly placed in rockers and chairs and are left there most of the day. The legal ratio of 3 kids to 1 teacher is rarely followed, in fact, I have seen as many as 10 kids to 2 teachers more times than I can count... We gave them sleep sacks for him to nap in each day, yet they just sat in his cubby. On more than one occasion he was left to sleep in a rocker as he was placed in a room that had no open cribs due to staff shortages... it's just not a good place to leave an infant. We started in January 2024 and there is not a single kid left in the class who was there when we started. To a child, they have all left and gone to other daycares... and now we are too. I wouldn't send my kid here if I were you. We are now 54 days past our last day and have still yet to receive our deposit back from the school. They claim its been mailed, but their by-laws state repayment will be made within 30-45 days and we are well past that... its a joke. Just find a different day care, this place is awful from the top to the bottom.

Our daughter started Ms. Chandra's daycare when she turned 3 and it has been almost a year now…read more She had never been to any daycare prior. Thanks to Ms. Chandra, our daughter adapted within 2 weeks of starting daycare. She also did not speak English before starting daycare but now she has no trouble communicating in English with Ms. Chandra and her friends. She has learned all the alphabets, can count in English and Spanish and knows so many rhymes. She can even spell her name, which is pretty amazing for her age. She brings artwork from the daycare almost every day and we have noticed her drawing and coloring skills have improved significantly. Now she is learning to write the alphabets and numbers. We are amazed by Ms. Chandra's passion, energy and ability to care for 8 kids all by herself. Ms. Chandra also provides 3 vegetarian meals each day, which our daughter likes to eat. We feel very lucky to have found Ms. Chandra and cannot thank her enough.
