The material is explained in a way that it's retainable. No extra nonsense. The video portion was about 30-40 mins and the skills portion was about 15 mins. I paid $50 for the BLS which is needed for healthcare providers. By the end of the night, I received my BLS E card - good for 2 years from the date you take the course..
