They've always treated me with honesty, professionalism, and respect. As the owner of Ready Set Go Co., I've worked with many production companies and event firms throughout my career, and Ampa has consistently been well organized, direct in their communication, and fair in their expectations. They value quality work and the people they hire. The management team has always been straightforward and easy to work with, and I've enjoyed collaborating with them on their projects. Demetrice and her team at I Do Dreams was the best investment we made for our wedding. Full stop…read more People probably say that about all of their day-of-coordinators, but Demetrice's impact on our wedding feels head and shoulders above them. Her dedication, never-give-up attitude, and enthusiasm literally got us through some days during our preparation and on the actual day. Demetrice is peerless. A brief example of her tenacity: when my wife and I were confronted with the possibility of colder, wet weather on the day of (which mercifully did not occur), Demetrice was already neck deep into her problem-solving mode. Outdoor heaters? Camping/tent heaters? Hand warmers? Extra umbrellas? Maybe an extra tent? Move it inside? How do these decisions affect vendors and guests? She helped us look at these options and more, then calmly helped us understand the pros and cons. This example is one of thousands of small ways that Demetrice made the actual day the best wedding I've ever been to - and it happened to be my own wedding! A final note: a couple of our friends are getting married in the next 6 months, and you'd better believe I've spoken to each of them about hiring I Do Dreams. If you're in the market for a coordinator, Demetrice's team at I Do Dreams is for you.

He seemed to be having fun the whole time, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We're really impressed with his work, and my wife and I would highly recommend him! After viewing some of his portfolios on his site and instagram, we reached out to him about 6 months before the wedding. Since we aren't local to Richmond, he started the process with a few "ice breaker" questions and an introductory phone call to talk through our vision for the wedding, his process, and review the packages he offers. We needed a couple more hours of coverage than was offered in the packages, and he was flexible in making that work. All payments were painlessly done through an online portal. The day of the wedding, PJ was there on time to take pictures of the bridal party as they got ready. My wife commented that having him there felt perfectly natural. Arriving at the wedding was a bit... hectic (for other reasons), but PJ and his assistant went above and beyond to be helpful in the process, distributing the boutonnières and even helping some of groomsmen pin them on! After the ceremony, PJ was organized for the formals (he had the list we had sent him set as his phone background) and flexible as we snuck a couple extra group shots in. It was a relief to work with someone who added zero stress to the event! We had a bunch of fun and, at PJ's direction, got some artistic shots in with the bridal party in Monroe Park. He did a great job capturing the reception as well, making sure to grab our rings for a couple "artistic" shots and even pulling my wife and I aside for a few less formal photos. He had all of these creative ideas with little direction from us. Following the wedding PJ provided us our photos on his online portal. Starting with a smaller set of sneak peeks about three weeks after the wedding, then a highlight video and full set two or three weeks after that. The site had the ability to download the photos in high or mobile quality, hide photos from other viewers, and made it super easy to share with our family and friends.
