I was a parent caregiver when she fired me because I wasn't able to return her call within 10 minutes due to having an appointment for the person receiving her services. Apparently she comes before the client. I communicated with her and let her know I was unable to talk at that time. Daniesha then proceeded to block my number and deactivate my login to clock in for work all without notifying me. The days before this she acted so concerned about my mom receiving adequate support to just giving her none. SHE IS A FRAUD. Be careful. She asked me to do fraudulent things against the laws in order to keep money in her pocket and as soon as I told her that I had to switch companies because I didn't want to go against the law I was fired. I am reporting these events immediately. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

After I returned from the hospital that person went AWOL and after two days of being unable to reach her, I was starting to panic. My daughter, who had been there thru my surgery was flying out in less than 30 hours. A friend saw my daughter's post about being in dire need of assistance. This was on a Friday night of all things. Denise Moore came to the rescue with her team. Her caregiver was there early Sunday morning to go over all of my care prior to my daughter's departure. Over the next several days three very professional ladies came and took care of me. They fixed my food, tidied the house, did laundry, changed sheets and even drove me to my post-op appointment. The care, kindness and professionalism was truly wonderful. The fact that they were willing to step in at nearly the 11th hour, in my time of need...I will be forever grateful.

I was getting a physical to drive a school bus (I coach). A 15 minute physical. I waited over 2…read morehours to see nurse, who was great, completed all tests. Said "wait here and Dr. will be in to see you". I waited 30 more minutes before he came in, performed 5 minutes of tests (touching toes etc). He said I'll get you a copy of these forms for school. I waited 20 more minutes(thinking I'm waiting on a copy being made). I had to leave to pick up my Team. So I went to nurses station and asked for the copies, I said "I've been waiting 25 minutes and been here over 3 hours". She said "oh you have not been waiting 25 minutes". That's not true, I had! But is that the customer service I get after waiting 3 hours? To their credit, except for the nurse who made the comment, everyone was pleasant. But if the wait is going to take over 3 hours, you should be told that. I only went because school had contracted them. I will avoid this place forever.
