After I returned from the hospital that person went AWOL and after two days of being unable to reach her, I was starting to panic. My daughter, who had been there thru my surgery was flying out in less than 30 hours. A friend saw my daughter's post about being in dire need of assistance. This was on a Friday night of all things. Denise Moore came to the rescue with her team. Her caregiver was there early Sunday morning to go over all of my care prior to my daughter's departure. Over the next several days three very professional ladies came and took care of me. They fixed my food, tidied the house, did laundry, changed sheets and even drove me to my post-op appointment. The care, kindness and professionalism was truly wonderful. The fact that they were willing to step in at nearly the 11th hour, in my time of need...I will be forever grateful.

I was a parent caregiver when she fired me because I wasn't able to return her call within 10 minutes due to having an appointment for the person receiving her services. Apparently she comes before the client. I communicated with her and let her know I was unable to talk at that time. Daniesha then proceeded to block my number and deactivate my login to clock in for work all without notifying me. The days before this she acted so concerned about my mom receiving adequate support to just giving her none. SHE IS A FRAUD. Be careful. She asked me to do fraudulent things against the laws in order to keep money in her pocket and as soon as I told her that I had to switch companies because I didn't want to go against the law I was fired. I am reporting these events immediately. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Long story short, Dr. Allen was amazing! As frustrated as I've been with my original dentist it was refreshing to hear honesty and what was the best for my dental health. Dr. Allen and his staff were wonderful. Although his office is far from my home I'd still go back. When you get quality care the distance (for me) doesn't matter. I had to have a root canal and they wanted to wait a day and assess everything because they really didn't want me to loose a tooth. I was so over it (lol) but I'm glad I didn't allow my emotions to override what was best. I just loved how they handled me. From the moment I walked in to the time I was in his chair they were great. Brenda in scheduling could use some serious training in customer service skills. I have called more…read moretimes than I can count where she rudely interrupts or tells you to call back another time because "their scheduling system is down", which has happened more times than I can count at this point and I only go to this practice twice per year if that tells you anything. In 2024, I called to schedule an appointment, and Brenda told me that NP Gore is pregnant so if I'm sick, I shouldn't come in because she wouldn't want me to get NP Gore ill. After two weeks of unknown causes, I ended up with blisters all over my body including my mouth, which led to me going to the ER. I was encouraged by my family doctor, ER doctor, and allergist to see a dermatologist urgently to help with my situation. I called Hancock Dermatology to see if I could see a doctor at the practice rather than NP Gore sooner rather than later due to the seriousness of my unknown illness with blisters all over my body. I also explained that I was done with the prescribed medication after being seen in the ER, but the blisters are continuing to get worse, and I really need to be seen urgently rather than waiting until my next appointment with the NP. Brenda stated that the next available appointment with Dr. Sanford would be at the end of May. I started crying, because I am in excruciating pain and have no idea what is going on with my skin. I explained to Brenda that I just left my allergist's office and noted that my allergist said he would be sending a letter to Hancock Dermatology to let them know that he also believes I need to be seen urgently for this matter by a dermatologist as he does not believe this is an allergy and is concerned. Brenda, in a condescending tone then stated; "you should have just asked your allergist to give you the letter rather than him sending it himself." I contacted Dawes Fretzin immediately after getting off the phone with Brenda at Hancock Dermatology. Dawes Fretzin's triage nurse indicated that I should be seen sooner rather than later and got me an urgent appointment with one of their dermatologists the next day. I'm done with Hancock Dermatology as Brenda is horrid to work with. No one should have this much trouble with a woman who simply does scheduling.

I've always…read morebeen impressed with the attentive care and kindness shown whether there for a simple blood draw or bone density test to outpatient surgery. The nurses are wonderful preparing the patients for surgery. I'm a hard stick and the nurses always bring in the best and I've never been disappointed in their skill sets. The nurses are friendly, laid-back, informative, take excellent care of the patients and bring calm to nervous patients. Sometimes the surgeons have to push back surgery times but the nurses are excellent keeping patients updated. There is free parking in a large parking area with a few steps to the main entrance. The check-in desk is clearly marked as you enter and takes only seconds. The registration process took less than 5 minutes and afterwards I was walked directly to the radiology department. The staff was fabulous to work with and after my first appointment the tech walked me directly to the next department I had an appointment at. Both techs explained the procedures thoroughly and left me without questions. I was in and out in less than an hour for two appointments. Love how quickly and efficiently they work at this facility. Check if they are in your network and give them a try. I've never be disappointed and I don't think you'll be either.

She had me go and to someone and check me in (you know paper work) she was funny and very friendly also. Went back and had the X-ray and was back in my car in 15 minutes. Yes this is the way I like to do thing very quick. In and out not sitting there for hours.
