Five star rating to these folks. I had total knee replacement several weeks ago. I thought I had a health care aid lined up. After I returned from the hospital that person went AWOL and after two days of being unable to reach her, I was starting to panic. My daughter, who had been there thru my surgery was flying out in less than 30 hours. A friend saw my daughter's post about being in dire need of assistance. This was on a Friday night of all things. Denise Moore came to the rescue with her team. Her caregiver was there early Sunday morning to go over all of my care prior to my daughter's departure. Over the next several days three very professional ladies came and took care of me. They fixed my food, tidied the house, did laundry, changed sheets and even drove me to my post-op appointment. The care, kindness and professionalism was truly wonderful. The fact that they were willing to step in at nearly the 11th hour, in my time of need...I will be forever grateful. read more

I was brought on as an HHA.. company did not want to pay me for orientation worked because I never worked a shift with a client which was not my fault. I am reaching out to places within my city & state to be compensated for my time. no matter how short the shift or low the pay maybe. read more

My trainer, Bonita was nothing short of fantastic. She made sure that with every topic discussed the class had a full understanding of the content prior to moving to the next section. She also made sure that we had a clear focus on topics that would potentially appear on the state exam. The videos prepared by the Servant care team were easy to follow, and well prepared, and I walked away with a clear understanding of the skills I needed to adequately care for my clients. After having a less than favorable experience with another agency, I was relieved, refreshed and excited about the training and was well prepared for the state exam. Thank you Bonita and Servant team for your warm welcome, professionalism and vested interest in my success in obtaining my HHA certification. I recommend Servant for anyone looking to certify as a Home Health Aide!
