The only con is there's no way to get out of line once you're in it, so you have to commit haha. There are two lanes -- mobile order & drive thru. Looks like they merge to become one line after a certain time. Salad was made as ordered, but no egg! (Maybe because of the current prices, idk.) Chicken nuggets were good.

Lol jaja was like wow they must not know what chicken is! . I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and when I go to check it on drive back home with being in rush. Tell me why I got two chicken sandwiches with no chicken in them ? , like they just hand buns out and no chicken ? Already close to home and didn't wanna deal with traffic so I get what i needed to get done at home and had to drive back to chicfila just for two pieces of chicken ! that's paid for. I asked for a free one for my trouble theyre like i cant do that so here we are. Of course of course review your order but really ? Handin out chicken sandwiches with no chicken in them and not taking care of your customers . Shaking my head i guess they cant identify what a chicken sandwich is. horrible service and customer care service. Need to do better job at training

I don't give out 5 stars often, and yeah maybe it's not everyone's standard of 5 stars because it's fast food, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. We were instantly greeted when we walked in, the ladies up front were very helpful and kind when we ordered, and the cafe area was clean. Our food came out quickly and hot! My husband got the 5 piece with garlic Parmesan tenders and I got the 5 piece with lemon pepper tenders. My only complaint is I wish my tenders were less oily and more lemon peppery, but I like mine borderline sour so I understand that's a personal problem and not one them lol. The ladies continued to greet every single customer with the same level of enthusiasm and care the entirety of our visit. The young Black woman with the cute piercings completed a round of table touches to check in with customers and see if they needed anything, and shortly later so did who I assume was the manager. An elderly couple had a complaint (I wasn't really listening) but I did hear his apology and complete willingness to fix it! I think he asked her if he could bring out a new whatever it is for her and she declined, but he went the extra mile and did it anyways. That's something they will remember too. All in all, I am sad we didn't try Huey Magoo's before since we are moving soon. This location is doing a lot of things right and we will return as often as we can to support this location and their staff. Thank y'all for such a great time that it made me go out of my way to write this review for you lol.

It was advertising ""Raise the Roost" chicken and their assorted deals. The "Classic chicken meal" caught my eye and it was $6.99 for a sandwich, potato Wedges, and a big gulp drink. After I was handed my food I asked for the drinks and was told I'd have to buy the drinks. I kindly pointed out the signage and the menu which clearly showed the drink in the picture of the "meal". The worker still said no so I asked for a manager. The manager agreed with the worker. I posted to the picture of the meal and showed them that the drink was included as it was a meal. I was told the sign was a mistake. So I decided to just leave as I was about to lose it with these inept folks. Thank goodness there was a Wendy's next door and we drove there to get our drinks which cost over $4. So i was basically ripped off and I will never go back to one of these highway robbery joints again and the same goes for 7-11 as they are the owners of "Raise the Roost". In all my 61 years, I have never had a store or restaurant refuse to give me what i paid for and 7-11 and their chicken shack will never ever get my business again...I can't afford to be ripped off at this point in my life as I live on a fixed income. Please look at the pictures and you'll understand! First up my mom loves their cheesy bread. The version we were served this visit was overcooked, hard, and not cheesy. And super garlicky. My chicken tenders were an embarrassment to the chicken it came from. 3 of the 4 were so small and almost all breading, no chicken. One tender was the size of the other three. Then finally the Boss Burger was not a boss! It was basic and under seasoned. Then to top it off, they put the cold and wet cucumbers and tomatoes side dish right next to the burger, so we got home to a soggy inedible bun. They had plenty of tin foil in the box, but didn't separate the salad from the burger!! The only delicious thing we got was their ranch dressing. They have fantastic ranch. I know they're closing down to remodel soon. Hopefully after that, when I can return, I'll be able to give them their stars back.

Although we got the wings to go, I was able to have a good look around as I waited my order. There is a long bar, with an abundance of TVs down the wall. The sign behind the bar had a nice list of alcoholic specials including buckets of beer, and drafts. Although I had gotten a message that my order was ready, it took a long time for the dude that went to bring it out. I was sure he had gotten lost between the kitchen in the front of the restaurant where I was waiting The wife and I split 24 wings of Spicy Teriyaki, Thai Chili, and the flavor of the month Hot Honey. Both the Spicy Teriyaki, and hot honey were extremely dry which greatly reduced the flavor, and heat we were hoping to get from the wings. The only good wings we had were the Thai Chili which were covered in a nice sweet slightly tangy sauce. The other good part of the meal were the fires, which the wife loved
