Eldon square boots can get very congested but that's because you can now get pretty much anything all in one location. Always good offers to be had and those Boots loyalty points soon rack up if you regularly buy your essentials here. The staff can be slightly hit and miss if like me you need help picking a hair dye due to the sudden spurt of grey hairs! Then again you can't expect staff to be knowledgeable about all products as there are just too many. It's worth noting that you can get your prescriptions sent directly from your GP to the pharmacy and there is even a doctors surgery downstairs for those living in the city centre.

Its also great because it has everyday medicines and health products which you may need from, shampoo, to asprin, and baby items. The staff are very talkative and very welcoming.

I have always found them to be stocked well and hardly ever sell out of products even when they are on offer.
