It wasn't - I called - waited for 27 minutes and spoke to a woman I could hardly understand who told me the $25 is for the proofs. She didn't make any sense to me so I asked to talk to a supervisor - more wait time. He tells me there's 'glitch' in the system and I could order on line then wait for a 'check in the mail' or order through him and take the $25 off, which I did. He gave me a whopping 10% off for my trouble (I just wanted to get off the phone...) One hour wasted on my only day off. BEWARE! The proof deposit should be credited to your order and don't let anyone else tell you different. So aggravated.
