Rachel is fantastic!…read more We've been renting a 3-story, 5-bathroom (!!! Too many bathrooms!) house and working from home for a year, and while we do okay with keeping things picked up, cleaning quickly gets beyond us. Enter Life Maid Easy. The website is clear and accessible. It was very easy to schedule with them -- I got a call back first thing Monday morning to the message I left, and was able to set up a 1st time deep cleaning about 2 weeks out. All the documentation came through via email, with a clear guide of what we should do ahead of time to have a good experience. Rachel showed up right on time, cheery at 8 am and happy to meet my pup at the door. She got right to work, checked in when she had a question a couple times, and after 4 hours the house was looking clean and shiny and smelling great! I'm definitely planning to schedule regular cleanings -- I can't let things go back to how they were!

We wanted to make sure the house was pristine when we brought him home, and WOW did they deliver! Even though we were cutting it close, they were willing to work out their schedule to accommodate us in time, which was a real lifesaver because my son arrived almost two weeks early! We've continued with their service for about a year now, and they've been consistently wonderful, not only in terms of the quality of the clean but also in terms of the interpersonal engagements with Jenn, the owner, as well as her entire team. Our schedule sometimes calls for some extra flexibility, which Jenn's team is always able to accommodate, and no matter which members of the team end up on our schedule we know we're in good hands. Recently, Jenn and her partner Jerry came along on our cleaning as they orientating a couple recent additions to the team. From my home office, I could hear Jerry giving guidance and tips and was impressed with the little addition insights and touches that Top 2 Bottom brings to the process. Towards the end of the cleaning, I took the dogs for a walk and carried them up to a bathroom to dry their feet since I wanted to maintain the perfect clean. While I was toweling off their feet, my eye was drawn to the shower in a way you'd only see in a movie or a meme; it was mostly behind me, but out of the corner of my eye the shine of the clean struck me. It was such a simple thing but WOW it really blew me away how bright and clean the grout was. When I headed to the nursery, I found a great surprise which I snapped a photo of and was about to send to my wife when I realized I should let her discover it for herself. I had a work engagement that evening, and was en route when I got the call from my wife. Our son's Mickey and Minnie Mouse had been staged to look like they were reading together in the nursery chair. It was the sort of "surprise and delight" touch that Disney World itself aspires to, and it really did surprise and delight my wife. Our dimmable lighting had been set to pleasing levels throughout the house, and as always the cleaning was just perfect. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough!

Roberta did a fantastic job with nearly every part of the home.... We were at a time crunch with movers coming in a couple of days after a settlement. Reached out to a couple of cleaners recommended by yelp, one stood us up and really put us in a tighter time crunch. Roberta fit us in and did a phenomenal job! My favorite was the oven. I didn't think and I was not going to be use it if it couldn't be completely cleaned. I just need something functional in case we have to get a new one. She worked wonders on the oven. It looks brand new and smells amazing. The other thing I don't find time and I always find reasons to avoid are window bays or I don't even know what part of this the windowsill area that collects all the dirt from the outside between the screen windows... she cleaned every single one without a peck of dirt left.
