False advertising for window cleaning services. Firstly, they did not advise that we had to prep ourselves by removing all screens--wish I had known this detail before they showed up. Secondly, upon arrival, they tried to charge more than the promo rate that we were given on 2/24 in addition to the higher rate for the larger window, stating that the promo was for several weeks ago, when they gave us the rate 4 days ago. So, proceed with caution with this company as they will attempt to up-charge you without prior notice. I told their rep that I no longer needed their services and to leave due to their blatant dishonesty. They try to get customers by running a false promotion. Perhaps they aren't aware false advertising is against federal and state laws and the FTC. They promptly blocked me after i called them out.
