I've been a patient of David Leaf's for about 15 years. He is a gifted diagnostician, the best I know. In addition to helping patients with urgent or nagging problems during an office visit, he will show you exercises and progressions to improve most of the problems on your own. This is not an office where every answer seems to be "come see me every week for an adjustment." When I follow his directions, problems continue to improve well after my office visit. Beyond hands-on therapies, he understands nutrition and its interaction with bio-mechanical issues - and he is an excellent coach. Be prepared to handle a lot of information. I last saw Dr. Leaf over 10 years ago. He is an amazing health care provider. I am retired and had 3 strokes. Hospital and medical doctors could not help me. They sent me home with balance issues, writing difficulty and brain fog. They were no use to me. No rehab either. So, I saw Dr. Leaf and he changed everything by getting me to use the other side of my brain and reset my brain, in general. I will always be thankful to him for his patience and knowledge. In May of 2018 I suffered serious back injury which left me unable to walk, stand, sit, etc. After the initial two weeks of unbearable pain I could finally understand how someone may not want to live. I was referred to Dr. Leaf by a relative who had been severely injured in a head-on auto accident. I drive down to Plymouth from Sharon to see Dr. Leaf. He's that good. Rather than have you keep coming back, he explains what's causing your problem and shows you exercises so you can strengthen the weakness and fix it yourself. Hands down, this is the best practice in the area. read more
