She talked us through the entire Puppy Grooming process alongside what we can expect as owners during (reminders 15 - 20 minutes before the service is completed to start returning to the store) and after the service is completed (tips and tricks on how to get your puppy more comfortable with the grooming process). On the day of the appointment, the groomer was equally as friendly and again walked us through the grooming process. I felt like my puppy was in good hands from the moment I interacted with Jessica.
