Located on a very nice square on the Grand Rue. It was still fully booked, but a table got just available. Outside, on this very nice and sunny day. Our Bulldog was welcome as well.
Ordered two beer, six escargots (snails) and a skirt steak with Foie Gras on top (Rossini style, just without redwine reduction). Staff was ok, pretty busy, but fine. Prices really fair here.
The steak was ok, not the highest quality - but good value. Nice combination with the Foie Gras though. Fries were nicely presented, hot and crispy. The real surprise were the Escargot. Nice, big snails. A very fresh and rich garlic/parsley sauce. For 7 Euros a real steal and some of the best escargots we've had yet.
All in all an enjoyable place. Not perfect, but fair priced and good to grab some lunch.
