What a sumptuous meal! It included: lobster tail with caviar, handmade pasta with crab and uni, wild mushrooms with egg, stuffed quail and foie gras, and chocolate hazelnut mousse. The portions are generous sized and they make sure to give time in between each course so it's definitely a good 2.5-3 hr affair. The service strikes the right balance of attentive and also providing privacy and peace to enjoy the dinner. The flavors are excellent and the quality of the food is high. The tea they served us was amazing and went with maple syrup, the soup went well with the pork skins, and the classic pancakes, sausage, eggs, and ham breakfast was just amazing. The circular fries were amazing and I love radishes so I was snacking on that during my time there. I loved how they always checked up on us and asked if we needed any more food. The food is decent (3/5), but you really come here for the experience. Throughout the meal there is an accordion player, and diners are encouraged to go up and play along with clapping wooden spoons. The service here is excellent and it's a lovely spot. I plan to return for drinks during my stay!
