They were offering a 3 course meal for 19.90€ which was a real deal. I ordered the Bouchée a' la Reime to start then Supreme de Le Poulet and Tarte aux noix for dessert. A bread basket arrived first followed by the appetizer. It was a chicken and salad mix served in an edible bird bowl. Also on the plate was fresh salad. Both were quite good. The next plate had more salad, a serving of cheesy mashed potatoes and a stuffed chicken leg and thigh. Again this plate was good tasting but the chicken and stuffing were a little dry especially since the chicken was dark meat. Finally the slice of coconut cake with whipped cream on the side and both drizzled with raspberry sauce was nice tasting too. Table service for this meal was good. I enjoyed my visit to Le Catrina but with only one visit and the chicken being dry I must give a 3 score. However I would be happy to return.

Yeah, it's a small place, but highly recommended.

They welcomed us in to a beautiful window seat with an incredible view of the Seine, Eiffel Tower, and the rest of the beauty that is Paris. The next thing I knew, my handbag had its own little table, waters were poured. Paris doesn't have a big cocktail culture, but they definitely made delicious drinks here. The server talked me in to the Mille-feuille, which was "voted the best dessert in Paris," who am I to say no? Verdict: best cocktails I had in Paris (we come back on our last day) and the mille-feuille was fabulous. Best dessert in Paris? No, but absolutely worth ordering because it was delicious!

The food was meticulously prepared and flavorful, especially the 3-type beef set. Classic French with a modern twist. Unfortunately, the night skyline can't be seen very well during evenings. During the day time, it's a great place to see many historical sights of Paris from the rooftop. In the summer I went there again. Many European countries aren't prepared for the recent years' extreme heat waves. Thus, many places either have no air conditioning, don't turn it on, or set the temperature at high 23c/75F+. This includes 5-star hotels like Le Cheval Blanc, where Le Tout-Paris is located. It was scorching inside. The food also took a dive. I'm not sure if they are becoming more lax or overwhelmed because of the high number of tourists returning to Paris. The menus are also seasonal. It's a place to bring friends who have never been to Paris and would like to see a nice view during the daytime. But there are other places in Paris for this. Metro: Pont-Neuf, Louvre-Rivoli

They brought a carafe type glass filled with cold water that had four drip mini "faucets". So technically four can participate at the same time. Ritual: you receive about three inches of absinthe in a glass. a cube of sugar is on a spoon which was rests on the glass. You drop the sugar into the absinthe and pull it out almost immediately. You light the sugar cube which now burns because of the alcohol on it. You let it burn a bit then u open the mini faucet to allow cold water onto the sugar cube to dissolve into your glass. There is a marking on the glass that indicates where to stop. Then u drink that powerful concoction slowly because it is indeed powerful. And yet we had a second. This time 72 percent alcohol.
