My husband I frequent this lovely little restaurant every time we come to the Côte dÁzur, and we…read morequite simply adore it!
As always, we were told the menu by the chef, himself, and our dinner was divine.
Tonight we shared smoked salmon dredged in sugar and salt, cleaned off, and prepared with light herbs, cucumber, seaweed, and lemon. For the main course I had a specialty, Quimper, a dish of beautifully prepared shrimp with Gnocchi. My husband had a mixed shell fish, mussels, saithe , sea shrimps, tiny roasted potatoes, and sea fruit.
For dessert we had coconut pana cota with Martinique rum soaked raisins and pineapple.
To drink we split a bottle of local wine.
Per usual, our dinner was a very special experience. I highly recommend
Le Poisson Rouge . Call first for reservations, and sit on the deck, overlooking the water.
