I understand if people are busy, but there is no reason to be rude and treat customers like they are annoying. I didn't know that booking a table was a must, because there was no information about this anywhere. Great vegetarian buffet in Toulouse. Very cheap too, less than 12€ per person - lunch or dinner!…read moreThe atmosphere can be a bit cold / very quiet especially at night, as this place is way more packed at lunch time - with all the people working downtown. The people that go at night are often in their 50's (just a detail!). However the food is so fresh and changes every time you go. I love that it's often original association of foods / modern combos. You get two small plates or one big plate to fill up. There is a cold, a hot and a dessert buffet (you must pay extra for the dessert). Each buffet has 5 to 8 choices to chose from. Our favorite dishes include: - the Thai salad - the polenta - the sweet potato purée - the Greek mushrooms Overall I prefer the cold buffet and mostly go back to that one after my first round :-) The restaurant also offers dishes you can order at the table, the food looks very modern and yummy. Go to this place to eat healthy and stock up on vitamins and you will be full so fast because of all the fiber and good nutrients!
