A lot of cleaners dry shirts in a heavy duty dryer which basically ruins them. Jeff air dries them in the store. He is also one of the cheapest dry cleaners in the area. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there has been a few times where stuff hasn't been ready on time but then I guess he's just busy and seems to run the shop completely by himself.

A phone call could have avoided the inconvenience of time taken to visit their business multiple times to collect the item/s. The last time I used their 'service' this delay tactic was in play - on that occasion stating they needed to re-run the process to get a better result. I trusted they knew what they were doing and left my favourite jumper in their hands - it was an expensive angora /silk jumper handmade in Bolivia, purchased from a country outlet in Victoria. I had spilled a small amount of coffee on this cream coloured item and would have had a much better result hand-sponging the mark rather than committing to Carville. I was turned away a number of times when I arrived to collect my prized jumper because they wanted 'more time to gain a better result'. On the final occasion I attempted to retrieve my jumper the owner of the business, Rose, said she was "afraid" to show me my jumper - she eventually did: it was shrunk to a size suitable for a Barbie doll. I was devastated. Rose promised to source the maker of the jumper and said she would replace it. I did a lot of research, spoke to the original seller who no longer imported clothing from Bolivia, but I found a supplier in the USA. Rose was not interested and withdrew her offer to assist in replacing my jumper with an offer to pay me $150 - a fraction of the cost of the jumper. I eventually decided to accept the $150 given there appeared to be no alternative remedy but found Rose not true to her word, she quickly changed the offer to $50 then withdrew altogether within the same conversation. She is not a capable dry cleaner, is dishonest, demonstrating neither integrity nor commitment to quality work.
