Jean- Christophe Truant officie en cuisine. Sa passion de la cuisine de la mer se nourrit de l'histoire familiale. L'arrière grand-père de son épouse était capitaine d'un des bateaux partant pêcher la morue en Islande. La décoration remémore ce riche passé maritime local. No Stuffy people here!! It was celebration of my 40th birthday so I wanted special night and we were delivered a special night. I had Breast of Duck in Morrell Sauce, perfectly cooked and my goodness that Sauce! Dish came with side of Potatoes that matched the sauce eloquently. I chose the seabass Cappricio (very light cooked, semi like sushi) also delicious. My wife enjoyed the Sea Bass entre, she enjoyed it but was jealous of my Duck. Others in my party enjoyed Snails, Beef Wellington, Surf and Turf. The best however was how wonderfully the lovely server and chef were to my Daughter and niece, both 10 year old. Chef made special "Beef" dish for my daughter and my niece enjoyed a creamy delightful Truffle Ravioli. Cheery on top was while some of us shared deserts, chef without prompting brought out scoop of ice cream with Chocolate Sauce. Enjoyed a great bottle of Red wine, all I saw was it said Morgan on it.
