Ive done a lot of laser hair removal over the years and have never had such a great experience. The machine she uses doesn't require ultrasound gel, which is what I was looking for. Her machine works way better than others. All laser is slightly painful, but Melissa makes sure you're okay by applying aloe and tapping where she zaps. Lastly, her suite is so cute and clean! It is decorated for each holiday and is absolutely spotless. There's a sense of ease I feel knowing that I'm going to a professional with a clean space.
