    Sesame crusted tofu

It's hard to believe that all the food here in vegan (and mostly gluten free)! Everything is prepared with such care and fresh ingredients. The sesame crusted tofu was incredible and a great way to start the meal. I had the rigatoni carbonara style and it was so rich and creamy. I would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat!

Over the top and Sensational vegan restaurant. We started with a salad and a hummus of chickpeas and rice pancake. Wow ...!! The carbonara which was a little spicy and the risotto were more than satisfying, mega delicious, the cocktail drink selection is somewhat limited but also over the top.

One of my favorite meals in Paris. Classifying this under "Vegan, Juice Bar & Smoothies" really undersells it, though. Clearly, the brothers who own these two restaurants understand and appreciate the art of whole food, plant based dining. Everything we ordered was unique, beautifully presented, and tasted great. Had a nice conversation with the co-owner who shared with us his signed copy of How Not to Die by Dr. Michael Greger. Very sweet! Somewhat casual ambience with a very nice, friendly crowd, important as we tend to talk to people sitting next us. Loved it, would recommend it, and would go back again without hesitation!

This was my favorite meal in Paris. It's a casual but cute space that gets crowded, so consider making a reservation. The butternut chestnut veloute (soup) was amazing. The roasted red kuri squash appetizer was also great. In terms of entrees, the sweet potato puree was INCREDIBLE. One of the best dishes I've had in a long time. There's just so much to it. It would be a whole meal on its own with just the sweet potato puree topped with the roasted broccoli and sitting in the gorgeous and flavorful bath of tamari cream, and then they go and add smoked tofu on top of that? What did I do to deserve such an incredible dish? The lentil and mushroom squash cream soup was also excellent. The only dessert I tried was the chocolate mousse, and it was both delicious and adorable, topped with fresh fruit and even a flower. I find thinking about this place when I'm lying in bed at night. Seriously can't wait to go back.

The aubergine and the avocado "deviled egg" are amazing. Make reservations! We didn't know and we just walked in, but got lucky and got seats at the bar. The staff are really helpful and sweet. The restroom is hard to find, but just ask. You have to go outside and find a door behind a wall. As we were leaving, one of the owners said good bye! We didn't even know he was sitting behind us the whole time.

This was my favorite plant-based meal in Paris and the chickpea & rice pancake appetizer was the star of the show. Be sure to get a reservation, as this is a small place with tables very close together (reminded me of a New York city restaurant) and it does fill up.

The pasta dish. Expertly prepared. Delicious but overly rich, got bored half way through it.

One of the better vegan places in Paris. Recommend the grilled romaine lettuce. Found the main dishes a bit boring overall. My pasta was prepared well and the first few bites were nice but then it got heavy and I felt full quickly. Was hoping for a bit more of a refined gastronomic touch. And a bit more ingenuity and creativity with desert offerings as well. I would give this restaurant a solid 4.5 if I could. The service is very good, extremely casual, but friendly, knowledgeable and unpretentious. I'm not looking for the level of the rose room at Le Bristol. But they could take a little of that uncompromising je ne sais quoi to take this to the next level!

Definitely our favorite upscale vegan dinner in Paris! Delicious food that's well crafted and presented.

Hands down the best vegetarian restaurant that has options for those with food sensitivities. We ordered the sesame marinated tofu and the chickpea and rice pancake to start, the roasted eggplant and the rigatoni a la provencale for the main course, and the almond and rice pancake and the strawberry charlotte for dessert. All were very tasty, beautifully presented and left us feeling very satisfied but not stuffed. They also have healthy blended juices. I recommend getting reservations, as it's a popular place!

Nice, elegant food in a hip setting. Meals are right size with good taste, eggplant this night was the big and big plate and tasty, salad just right and the other entree. With black rice was a favorite. Great service and atmosphere Off the beaten path so neighborhood feel. All vegan all the time, nice beer, wine and hip cocktails

We had the most fantastic meal here! Made it just in time for Sunday brunch and it was delicious. Started off with a smoothie/juice and a coffee, then the deviled avocado and chickpea cashew Creme buckwheat pancakes. We were lucky enough to try both the cacao Creme with a coconut whip topping from the brunch menu and the lemon Creme from the regular menu- both were fantastic! (But the contrast in colors on the lemon Creme made it visually stunning with a bright flavor to match!). The last dish was a buckwheat pancake with chocolate sauce and chopped hazelnuts- who knew gluten free could be so incredibly decadent?! I thought I had died and went to heaven! We were able to meet one of the owners of this family owned business, Adrien, who was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided us with a booklet of all the vegan restaurants in France/Paris and gave us his recommendations on where to eat. He also informed us that they will be opening a second restaurant in January. Don't leave Paris without visiting this restaurant!

Mushroom and Jerusalem artichoke Risotto, yum! Plus oat milk lattes and bread for the table.

Thankfully this place was right by our hotel, and we happened to past by it after an extended day of me munching on french fries, and random other snacky type foods for sustenance. I ordered the chickpea salad on gluten-free toast - I was looking for something savory and with protein. I make a pretty decent mock tuna/chickpea salad myself so I am perhaps more discerning about chickpea salads, and this one most definitely hit the spot. It was light and fresh, but also filling, if that makes sense. I also ordered fresh squeeze apple juice for my kiddo and I snuck a few extended sips of it - very excellent and much better than all the self stable apple juices we've been accustomed to consuming! Staff was pretty friendly and prompt with getting our juice and toast to us. The restroom was clean. No complaints really!

You order via your phone by scanning the QR code. Initially, I ordered the Spring Bowl (10€) which is a blend of acai topped with bananas, strawberries, and granola. I was with a group of friends and we all individually did our own orders. When they brought out the food, the server presented a plate with two similar acai bowls, with one being slightly bigger. They hadn't mentioned anything and my friend presumed the smaller one was intended as the "upgrade" he had ordered, so he proceeded to offer it to our other friends. After some waiting (and thinking what if that bowl was mine), I did find it odd that my food hadn't come out yet. Before I knew it, my other friends' foods came out and I flagged down the server to ask where my acai bowl ended up bring. He then pointed out that the smaller bowl that was being shared was intended to be my bowl... Can't really fault anyone for the mistake but it was annoying that he didn't say anything about the second bowl being mine, especially when my friend and I were on two separate checks. They apologized which was nice, but didn't offer me anything else so I just ate what was leftover of my acai bowl that was being shared. Easy enough mistake I suppose, but the fact that nothing was communicated and the sweltering heat just didn't make this a great experience for me.

The Spring Greens Tofu deserves to be a winner, but it needs help. So first the bad. The portion size is way too small. One salad really couldn't be called a meal. Two together might fill you up. The ratio of ingredients is all wrong. There should be way more broccoli and way less green beans. The former is just one or two pieces crammed on top and the latter should be cut up so they can be mixed more easily and actually fit in your mouth. Speaking of mixing, the salad is sold in a single-use Tupperware, probably 12 ounces, and it's near impossible to coat everything with the creamy tofu dressing at the bottom if you're eating on the go. Now the good. That tofu dressing is extremely good. More restaurants should consider tofu as a binding agent instead of just a cubed protein. The variety of tastes and textures is spot-on, the aforementioned ingredients intermingling with crunchy cashews and chewy peas. The counter-service setup is ideal for quick affordable lunches and meals on the go. If the portions were more generous, this salad would be the perfect way of getting a healthy and filling meal. So in essence, there's no reason this meal couldn't be part of the rotation, but right now, it falls a little short.

Only processing True Organic vegetables and fruits, cold pressing everything to order, working with a local apiculture farm from Montmartre, "Juice it!" has it all right!!! Their various nut milks are delicious, and that pollen, when added to these milks is just pure heaven. Every juice bar in Paris, and trust me there isn't that many yet, systematically load their juices, even the green ones with way to many fruits, aka SUGAR!!! "Juice It!" however offers two delicious green juices that are made with only vegetables, NOTHING else!!! When you truly want to seriously detox, Green juices without the fructose of these added fruits is the way to go. Indeed, without these fruit juices, the glycemic index and especially the glycemic load coming from vegetable juices is much lower, which in the end is much healthier!!! Juice it! is still very new in town, their product line is being fine tuned. I truly hope they will come to speed with Green Smoothies, a great way to intake liquid veggies along with its fiber when not on a "Juicing Detox". I personally Juice only if I fast, otherwise, I only allow myself to drink occasional smoothies where the fibers are still being part of the juice. This is the only way to benefit from a low sugar absorption. ; in Smoothies I actually allow small amounts of fruits, which I refuse to add into my my Juices. WIthout over extending, and abusing of your time, my philosophy is that Juicing is made for putting your stomach to a complete rest while still feeding the body with essential enzymes, micro-nutriments, and vitamins. Indeed, after more or less 20 minutes, all nutriments are absorbed without soliciting the stomach. However the process, forces you to intake high glycemic juices, therefore justifying the goal of lightning the glycemic load by exclusively juicing from vegetables. Smoothies in the contrary, feeds your body with the same benefits, yet putting your stomach to contribution as it needs to digest all the fibers. This process guaranties that you are getting the whole fruits, and whole vegetables at a much lower speed of absorption, resulting in the equivalence of lower glycemic loads and indexes. This indeed is whats grants the acceptable condition for addition of whole fruits. Smoothies are also a great way to finish a detox as the fibers within that Smoothies will flush all of the toxins that have been loosen within the system, from that Juicing Fast. I say this, I say nothing, but that's my philosophy as someone that consistently eats healthy, consistently being 90% of the time ;-)
