Nicely prepared tables and large windows without the usual asian kitsch appealed us to come in and try. There are concise a la carte options as well as their flagship menu which gives you a good variety of vietnamese dishes. From nems , dimsum soup as starter or crispy duck as main meal it was all delicious. Service was outstanding and attentive , and prices correct. One minor point , In terms of originality ( and those who have been in vietnam) it falls a bit short , but nevertheless it should not deviate too much from the french tastebuds to appeal clients ... The sizzling stir fry beef to me is only a gimmic than anything else. Overall, the service is great The portion of each dish is smaller than I expected. In terms of quality, and presentation, this restaurant will have a hard time competing in modern urban city like Paris, Vancouver, London, and Toronto. However, because it is locations around Annecy you don't really have much other similar choice around here.
